The Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the most of death in the world. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is the graph that shows heart electrical activities. The physician record and detect the abnormal Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal by the Holter monitor that patient need to carry on the device for record ECG signal in 24 hours. Pan-Tomkins algorithm was appropriate for Real-time ECG signal recognition because high accuracy and rapidly analysis. This research propose the Real-time ECG Signal monitoring system for detect the abnormal ECG signal by using Pan-Tomkins algorithm with Wireless Sensor Network. The system separated into 2 part; sender module and receiver module. Experimental the system by using the ECG signal data from MIT-BIH database. Selected 20 samples of abnormal ECG signal then experimental at 10 and 20 meters sender module-receiver module distance, calculate R-R interval and R amplitude threshold The results show that the Real-time ECG signal monitoring system detect 17 abnormal ECG signal, the accuracy is 85%. This systems efficient for detect the abnormal of ECG signal in real-time.

Wireless Multimedia Sensor Network (WMSN) is a collection of the vast amount of different types of sensors like camera sensor, video and scalar sensors which are involved in retrieving multimedia data from the large environment. The real-time sending of video and audio content to the destination before a strict playout deadline has been necessary for multimedia environment. Otherwise, it will be dropped at the destination. In WMSN sending real time multimedia data with soft play deadlines is a challenging task to solve this challenge, routing protocols play an important role in WMSN. Routing demands of multimedia content of WMSNs need to be perfect routing protocols to optimize path selection and guarantee communication. This paper presents a performance comparison between two reactive routing protocols; namely AODV and DSR, with soft delay deadlines and efficient utilization of resources in WMSN. The objective is to assess the real-time behavior of these two protocols upon sending multimedia content. Here, we evaluate the performance with respect to the use of these matrices like latency, Average jitter, Average delay and throughput and factors includes are CBR and multimedia traffic with varying packet size and bandwidth. DSR perform better as compared to AODV routing protocol since it discovers the routes more efficiently. AODV is better in term of Jitter than DSR. NS-2 simulator tool used for the purpose of this comparison.

With the rapid development of the power system, the real-time monitoring of the transmission line state becomes more and more important. Due to the feature of wireless sensor network, a new scheme of monitoring system for transmission line state is proposed. The modular design method is used to choose appropriate modules for setting up the monitoring system, which realizes the real-time temperature, humidity, light, atmospheric pressure on the transmission line. The reliability and practicability is proved by the experiments.
