Real-time inspections for the large-scale solar system may take a long time to get the hazard situations for any failures that may take place in the solar panels normal operations, where prior hazards detection is important. Reducing the execution time and improving the system’s performance are the ultimate goals of multiprocessing or multicore systems. Real-time video processing and analysis from two camcorders, thermal and charge-coupling devices (CCD), mounted on a drone compose the embedded system being proposed for solar panels inspection. The inspection method needs more time for capturing and processing the frames and detecting the faulty panels. The system can determine the longitude and latitude of the defect position information in real-time. In this work, we investigate parallel processing for the image processing operations which reduces the processing time for the inspection systems. The results show a super-linear speedup for real-time condition monitoring in large-scale solar systems. Using the multiprocessing module in Python, we execute fault detection algorithms using streamed frames from both video cameras. The experimental results show a super-linear speedup for thermal and CCD video processing, the execution time is efficiently reduced with an average of 3.1 times and 6.3 times using 2 processes and 4 processes respectively.

Recent theories and data suggest that adapted behavior involves economic computations during which multiple trade-offs between reward value, accuracy requirement, energy expenditure, and elapsing time are solved so as to obtain rewards as soon as possible while spending the least possible amount of energy. However, the relative impact of movement energy and duration costs on perceptual decision-making and movement initiation is poorly understood. Here, we tested 31 healthy subjects on a perceptual decision-making task in which they executed reaching movements to report probabilistic choices. In distinct blocks of trials, the reaching duration (“Time” condition) and energy (“Effort” condition) costs were independently varied compared to a “Reference” block, while decision difficulty was maintained similar at the block level. Participants also performed a simple delayed-reaching (DR) task aimed at estimating movement initiation duration in each motor condition. Results in that DR task show that long duration movements extended reaction times (RTs) in most subjects, whereas energy-consuming movements led to mixed effects on RTs. In the decision task, about half of the subjects decreased their decision durations (DDs) in the Time condition, while the impact of energy on DDs were again mixed across subjects. Decision accuracy was overall similar across motor conditions. These results indicate that movement duration and, to a lesser extent, energy expenditure, idiosyncratically affect perceptual decision-making and action initiation. We propose that subjects who shortened their choices in the time-consuming condition of the decision task did so to limit a drop of reward rate.

Balaghah pays attention to the meaning contained in the arrangement of the Arabic language, so that the meaning contained in the expression is revealed correctly. This proves that the science of Arabic language learned by a person is not limited to nahwu and sharaf only. But it is necessary to study balaghah at an advanced level in Arabic language. This paper presents the object of study of balaghah, the division of balaghah, and the correlation between balaghah and uslub itself. The Library Research is using references from various sources such as books and scientific articles. The data collection technique is to review the book and Journal. The data obtained were then processed with descriptive analytical techniques. The results show that the object of study of the science of balaghah is related to the choice of good words, easily understood and digested by the speaker (fashahah). The object of the study of the science of balaghah is related to the choice of words in accordance with the place of speech, time, condition of the speaker, and emotions that will affect the speaker (muqtadhal hal wal maqam). While the correlation between balaghah and uslub is that ma’ani speaks of sentences and the relationship between sentences, bayan speaks of figurative language, and badi' ornamentation on lafazh and ornamentation on meaning.

An employer’s practice of paying a salary supplement to disabled employees who submitted a disability certificate after the date chosen by that employer and not taking into account disabled employees who submitted such a certificate before that date, may constitute direct discrimination. It is capable of definitively preventing this time condition from being met in a clearly defined group of workers, consisting of all disabled workers whose disabilities the employer must have known about when the practice was introduced.

Recent work indicates that healthy younger adults can prepare accurate responses faster than their voluntary reaction times indicate, leaving a seemingly unnecessary delay of 80-100ms before responding. Here we examined how the preparation of movements, initiation of movements, and the delay between them are affected by age. Participants made planar reaching movements in two conditions. The "Free Reaction Time" condition assessed the voluntary reaction times at which participants responded to the appearance of a stimulus. The "Forced Reaction Time" condition assessed the minimum time actually needed to prepare accurate movements by controlling the time allowed for movement preparation. The time taken to both initiate movements in the Free Reaction Time and to prepare movements in the Forced Response condition increased with age. Notably, the time required to prepare accurate movements was significantly shorter than participants' self-selected initiation times; however, the delay between movement preparation and initiation remained consistent across the lifespan (~90ms). These results indicate that the slower reaction times of healthy older adults are not due to an increased hesitancy to respond, but can instead be attributed to changes in their ability to process stimuli and prepare movements accordingly, consistent with age-related changes in brain structure and function.

It is known that the text is a syntactic unit consisting of more than one independent sentence. These sentences are connected with each other by content and grammatical aspect and are merged under one concept. In fictions, where two or more sentences refer to one content there are many cases where the event in the second sentence can not be an obstacle for the occurrence of an event in the first sentence. Such sentences are considered as texts in a field with the same content, indicating the attitude of concession. In syntactic integrities with superphrases, interconnected meaningful relationships arise. Such complex semantic relationships as time-condition, condition-concession, cause-effect, comparison-contrast are realized in them. The article discusses the concept of the syntactic field, supersintactic integrities and their role in the field. The data is given by analyzing many fictional books. Key words: syntactic field, supersyntactic integrities, semantic relationships, concession, contrast, time, semantic connection
