With the more application of machine vision technology in production practice, most machine vision systems are based on passive vision to measure the target, which has some limitations. Based on the requirements of machine vision platform, a three-dimensional servo movement scheme based on active positioning vision is proposed in this paper. In this paper, the parts of the servo drive system of the platform are selected, calculated and checked, the three-dimensional modeling of the machine vision platform is completed in SolidWorks, and the motion simulation of the servo control system is carried out.

With the study of a certain servo gear transmission system, a three-dimensional parametric design of servo drive system is made based on SolidWorks and its plug-in GearTrax. The model is introduced into ANSYS through a special interface, and the finite element modal solutionsare obtained. Aiming at solving the practical problem that the static linear modal analysis methods fail to meet the working conditions of high speed rotation and frequent variable speeds, this paper proposes an effective way of determining the range of the system natural frequency through figuring out the natural frequencies in two critical states. Thus, it provides an important basis for the credible design of the servo drive system and a reliable theoretical guidance and reference data for its design, use and maintenance.

One method named image synthesis was proposed for gray image composition to meet the requirement that algorithm research of machine vision needed a lot of images. Firstly, two modules, i.e., modeling module and camera module, of some engineering software were compared and images will be obtained by using three-dimensional modeling software cooperating with VRay plug-in. Then, parameter setting and adjustment for VRay plug-in was studied. Lastly, measurement experiments were carried out by using synthetic images. The experimental results demonstrate that 1μm measuring accuracy is possible under the condition that the distance between calibration part and camera was equal to that between parts and camera. The synthetic images can be used for algorithm research of machine vision.
