The shaking tables array is the prospective development direction in engineering structural anti-seismic researching field, and which can provide a powerful seismic testing platform. In this paper, the performance of three bi-axial shaking tables array at Fuzhou University was introduced. The trails of bare tables, fully inertial payload shaking tables as well as partly payload shaking tables with elastic structures were conducted. The testing reveals that the shaking tables array system of Fuzhou University has a perfect performance of compliance, coherence and synchronization, which are accepted the required.

The article examines the concept of "hospital district". Broad participation of hospital districts requires the implementation of effective forms of partnership in planning and taking strategic decisions on their development. The hospital districts are created to organize a network of health care institutions in the region, in a way that will provide systematic interaction between members of the hospital district, as well as with providers of other types of care (primary, tertiary (highly specialized) medical care, palliative care and rehabilitation), pharmaceutical services. Boundaries and composition of each district are formed on the basis of criteria of the district, they are established by the Procedure for the creation of hospital districts. The hospital districts are created as "a functional Association of hospitals located in a particular area". Health establishments, which belong to the hospital district, remain in the ownership and subordination of local authorities who are members of the hospital district. To improve secondary healthcare, Hospital Council are created with the aim of coordinating actions, devising ideas the on organization and operation of medical care within a separate hospital district, preparation and confirmation of the prospective development plans of hospital districts for 5 years (taking into account the needs of modernization and resources).

An atomic interference gravimeter (AIG) is of great value in underwater aided navigation, but one of the constraints on its accuracy is vibration noise. For this reason, technology must be developed for its vibration isolation. Up to now, three methods have mainly been employed to suppress the vibration noise of an AIG, including passive vibration isolation, active vibration isolation and vibration compensation. This paper presents a study on how vibration noise affects the measurement of an AIG, a review of the research findings regarding the reduction of its vibration, and the prospective development of vibration isolation technology for an AIG. Along with the development of small and movable AIGs, vibration isolation technology will be better adapted to the challenging environment and be strongly resistant to disturbance in the future.

The purpose of this paper is to define the role and place of the transportation component of the adjacent subjects of two countries in their economic potential for implementation of intergovernmental cooperation. The role and place of the transportation component in estimation of the benefits of the transportation and geographical position becomes evident only when the population, resources and economy of the border regions are jointly analyzed. The analysis of such parameters of the border regions of Russia (Western Siberia) and Kazakhstan performed by means of comparison and association of their economic and transportation potentials, showed that territorial production complexes in them have been developed, and the prospective development within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union will be determined by the joint use of the benefits of the transportation and geographic position implemented with participation of railway transport.
