Abstract Level of education, amount of incentive and the level of competence of teachers/caretakers three significantly influenced by the status of civil servant teachers/PNS on the quality of children's ideal, the status of civil servants/PNS for early childhood education programs/PAUD should have the qualifications and competence yangt accordance with minimum service standards so that it has a higher chance to create quality children's ideal , Level of education, amount of incentive and the level of competence of teachers/caretakers three significantly influenced by the status of volunteer teachers to the quality of children's ideal, voluntary status for early childhood education programs/PAUD should have the qualifications and competence yangt accordance with minimum service standards so that it has a higher chance to create quality children's ideal , but almost all providers of early childhood education conducted by both the foundations and the community pay less attention to the qualifications and competence His nurse, so it looks only at who has the time to become caretakers. It has alarming effects, seen from the perspective of educational administration, the ideal child's success into question, and generation like what 20 years to come. There is some education that shall be given to early childhood include: grateful, tauhid (with mengadzankan), physical education (strong physical), health, and intelligence. The chapter first examines at a conceptual level the links between theories of social investment and childcare expansion. Although ‘the perfect match’ between the two is often taken for granted in the specialized literature as well as in policy papers, it is here argued that a more nuance approach that ‘unpacks’ this relationship is needed. The chapter will then look for elements of variation in early childhood education and care (ECEC) expansion. Despite an increase in spending over the last two decades in many European and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries, wide variation still exists in the way in which ECEC develops. A trade-off is often observed between coverage and quality of provision. A crucial dividing line that determines, to a large extent, the quality of provision in ECEC is the increasing differentiation between preschool education for children aged 3 and above and childcare for younger children.

The central theme of this paper is resources for early childhood education. The paper highlights issues such as purpose and benefits of ECE. It also discusses human, material and financial resources and gives detailed instructional resources for effective teaching at this level of education. The benefits of E.C.E. are that there is a positive relationship between E.C.E life performances of the recipient of this level of education. Good. ECE inculcates the spirit of enquiry and creativity through exploration of nature and the local environment. It teaches them cooperation, team spirit and good habit. It also prepares them for primary education. The study also examined the importance of play, things to look for in preschool curriculum which are human resources, materials and finance. Quality support system should include educational training for programme personnel as well as ongoing technical assistance programme providers and individual care provider. Personnel who are well prepare through education, training and support are essential to achieving high quality.

This research examines the management of extracurricular education early childhood. It is backed by that implementation of extracurricular activities on early childhood education face varieties of constraints in management. Therefore, extracurricular activities, early childhood education is supposed to be managed thoughtfully. The management of extracurricular activities are good and true will effect positively to the quality of early childhood education. The qualitative research methodology is library research. Method of data collection by collecting reference books the subject matter and book supporters. Data analysis techniques are content analysis. Results of the study show that the extracurricular management, early childhood education is implemented through the following four stages: (1) plan a needs analysis, types, background, goals, budget, materials, assessment tools, schedule, facilities and infrastructure, output criteria instructors, (2) organize the Division of duties, authority and responsibilities of the personnel of extracurricular activities, (3) carry out extracurricular activities appropriate planning and organizing, and (4) evaluate extracurricular activities.

This paper reviews current literature and research relevant to the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Early Childhood Education (ECE) workforce in Australia, including data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). Australia is a highly multicultural society, with one out of every three people born overseas. Anecdotally, the Australian early childhood sector is reported to have a highly multicultural workforce. Yet there is a noticeable lack of data and research concerning cultural diversity in the Australian ECE workforce. This paper reports on the data from the ABS-Census of Population and Housing (ABS-Census), the small body of literature on the CALD ECE workforce and literature pertaining to CALD in other Australian workforces to argue that more data and research is needed. Developing a richer understanding of the status, experience and contributions of CALD educators would enable the sector to recognise and support the potential benefits of such a workforce for children and families and social cohesion in Australia.
