Exploring the Characteristics of Physical Exercise in Students and the Path of Health Education

College students are taken as the research sample, with the purpose of exploring the characteristics of physical exercise and health education path of students under artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm. First, related literature is studied to understand the physical education system of college students. Then, the current situation of physical exercise of college students is investigated through the interview survey, and the mathematical statistics method is used to analyze the survey results. Moreover, the necessity and paths to carry out health education are discussed through the analysis of the physical exercise behavior of college students. Finally, the college smart sports classroom (SSC) is constructed using AI and the big data analysis method. The experimental results indicate that more than 50% of college students can actively participate in physical exercise. Besides, boys are more likely to take dangerous coping behaviors, while girls are more prone to choose to resist coping behaviors. In addition, there is little difference in age of the distribution of different coping behaviors in physical exercise. Freshmen are more inclined to take risky coping behaviors, and the quantity of students taking resistant coping behaviors increases with the increase of grades. Therefore, relevant physical health education for college students can promote the good habit of health exercise. This study can provide a reliable experimental basis for the development of sports education in the future.

Empirical Analysis on Effectiveness and Long-Acting Mechanism of Regional Physical Education Teaching

The physical quality of students is an important goal of quality education, and the basis for the training of high-quality talents. Physical education (PE) is of great significance to enhance students’ physical fitness, and improve their awareness of lifelong physical exercise. Targeting several colleges in Guizhou Province, this paper empirically studies the effectiveness and long-acting mechanism of regional PE teaching through interview, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics. Firstly, the status quo of PE teaching in the colleges was surveyed. The survey results show the following problems in college PE teaching: the lack of systematic organization and management, the outdated and non-diverse forms of activities, the absence of a strong sports atmosphere, and the lack of interest among the students. To solve these problems, this paper constructs a long-acting mechanism for regional PE teaching, and verifies its implementation effect through an empirical study. The mechanism was found to enhance the students’ physical fitness, help them develop a good habit of physical exercise, and boost their awareness of lifelong physical exercise. This research greatly promotes the lifelong physical exercise of college students and the PE teaching quality in colleges and universities.

Examining staff and students perception on daily fruit and vegetable

Introduction: There is a lack in the awareness in the fruit and vegetable (F&V) recommendation among Saudi society. Although the known facts of the benefits of F&V on health, information on Saudi society following the advised recommendation whether by WHO or local is still unknown. Aim: This cross- sectional study aim to examine the perception of F&V intake among students and staff at Umm Al-Qura University and to assess if they follow these recommendations of F&V locally and internationally. Method: Students and staff from Umm Al-Qura University participated in this study (n= 98, age between 18- 55). All data were collected using short online survey via Online survey - Survey Monkey in 2019. Result: 55% students and staff were not aware about these recommendations whereas 45% were aware about WHO recommendation. The majority of students and staff 53% have less than two portions a day of F&V. Only 14% have between two to four portions a day. 32% do not eat any portion of F&V daily. 59%, 14%, 5% of students and staff who believe that they should have five, seven, more than seven portions a day for being healthy respectively. Maintaining health, reduce the risk for chronic disease and providing essential vitamins and minerals to the body were all reasons why students and staff believe that they should have F&V everyday by 71%. Busy lifestyle, F&V cost, lack of the awareness about the health benefits, dislike the taste, some F&V spoil easily were all factors affecting eating F&V daily. Conclusion: People need educational and nutritional campaigns to spread the awareness about the health benefits of F&V. Most importantly the ministry of health should support those campaigns to increase people awareness and build a healthy society with a good habit. SELL AND BUY TRANSFER OF MOTORCYCLE WITH ADVANTAGES OF A MUAMALAH FIQH PERSPECTIVE (Case Study In Ingin Jaya Districts Aceh Besar District)

Buying and selling over motorcycle financing with profits in the District of Ingin Jaya, namely by transacting motorbikes that are still in financing by obtaining profits and this has become a habit for the people of the Ingin Jaya community. for this reason, the sellers and buyers need to know how the practice of buying and selling over motorcycle financing with profits that are in accordance with the perspective of the sale al-ba’i and hiwalah. In this study the authors used a descriptive analysis research method based on data obtained from interviews with Yamaha Sales Executive, Second Motorbike business owner Umar Matang and buyers from the general public which included transaction procedures and understanding in the agreement to set prices until the transfer was made. The results show the agreement between the seller and the buyer is based on a sense of willingness and an element of help on the condition that the leasing company that provides financing know and approves the transfer is made. And the buyer of the transferred motorbike of the Financing negotiates the transfer price with the first owner and later the buyer of the second motorbike will continue the remaining deposit. From the perspective of the Hiwalah and al-ba'i and Al-Milk At-Tamm contracts, the transfer and sale and purchase transactions that occur are very much in accordance with the concept of Hiwalah, al-ba'i, and complete ownership requirements (Al-Milk At-Tamm) in fiqh muamalah, and also the profits obtained are considered legitimate in buying and selling because the profits are obtained from goods that have clear ownership and are known between the two so that neither party is injured. The transaction has also become a good habit for the people of the District of Ingin Jaya.

TOWARDS AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION: A CASE STUDY OF ‘AN INTRODUCTION’ WITH THE ‘XUEXI QIANGGUO’ APP

In this new era of mobile internet, in the face of the demanding task of educating students and helping them to have correct values, so that they can understand socialism with Chinese characteristics better and be willing to make contributions to our Chinese dream of national rejuvenation, we teachers should advance with the times, and design our ideological and political education courses properly to enhance college students’ integrative motivation to make learning a part of their everyday life, and help them develop a good habit in their lifetime. Based on constructivism, we can make use of some smart phone-based apps like “Xuexi Qiangguo” to have an integrative approach. This app is distinctive, authoritative, and powerful, like a great treasure house with a lot of news, theories, and stories. It is flexible, easily accessible, and efficient, and is able to us make a big difference in teaching. Our case study shows how we can actually rebuild a preview mechanism, upgrade our learning style and better evaluation mechanism for better teaching of some courses.

PENTINGNYA PERAN NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA TERHADAP KARAKTER REMAJA PADA ERA GLOBALISASI DAN DISRUPSI

Globalization and disruption are now increasingly mushrooming, it is undeniable that many foreign cultures and customs have entered the country. Adolescence is the biggest factor that can be influenced easily, especially in early youth. So it is appropriate to instill and understand what the values ​​of Pancasila are as well as their meaning for adolescents, so that they are firmly embedded in the Pancasila ideology. Always apply it and get used to it, not only that the role of disruption is not always bad. But when using technology, it can also come with creative ideas to reach adolescents in introducing Pancasila values. These creative ideas mean creative ways in technology, but without changing the meaning of each of the Pancasila values. Not only understanding the values ​​of Pancasila, because it is clear evidence of the application of Pancasila values ​​in the life of a teenager so that it becomes a good habit. The role of the family is also influential and must reflect the values ​​of Pancasila. Together facing globalization and disruption, as teenagers who have a nationalist spirit and patriotism, they should promote and continue to study the values ​​of Pancasila. Globalisasi dan disrupsi kini kian menjamur, tak dipungkiri banyaknya budaya-budaya juga kebiasaan luar yang masuk ke dalam negeri. Remaja adalah faktor terbesar yang dapat diandalkan dengan mudah, terlebih dahulu pada reamaja awal. Maka patut ditanamkannya dan pahami apa saja nilai-nilai Pancasila juga maknanya pada remaja, agar kokoh terpatri dalam dirinya ideologi Pancasila. Menerapkannya selalu dan membiasakan diri, tak hanya itu peran disrupsi tak selamanya buruk. Tetapi ketika menggunakan teknologi, dapat pula dengan ide-ide kreatif untuk menjangkau remaja dalam mengenalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Ide-ide kreatif tersebut berdasarkan cara-cara kreatif dalam teknologi, namun dengan tidak mengubah makna dari masing-masing nilai Pancasila tersebut. Tidak hanya memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila, karena bukti nyata dari di terapkannya nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan seorang remaja sehingga menjadi kebiasaan yang baik. Peran keluarga juga berpengaruh dan harus mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Bersama-sama menghadapi globalisasi dan disrupsi, sebagai remaja yang memiliki jiwa nasionalis dan patriotisme patut menggalakkan dan terus mempelajari nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Health and Safety in the Construction Industry in Catanduanes, Philippines

The Island Province of Catanduanes is gaining grounds in the field of construction. The program of the current administration “Build, Build, Build” have taken the construction industry to full blast. Construction, both private and public are evident on every corners of the island. Occupational Safety and Health in construction is often neglected and disregarded. Construction is the one of the most dangerous sectors in health and safety. The government, thru the Department of Labor and Employment had already address the problem by providing safety and health training to the personnel of the construction firm as well as the industry as a whole. But the effort has been far from satisfactory, as construction accident continue to dominate the entire industry. The study aims to awareness of construction safety in Catanduanes. The study focuses on the awareness of workers in construction industry in Catanduanes on Occupational Safety and Health. From the series of interviews and interaction with the workers on site, and upon evaluation of their responses, the researcher finally come up with the conclusion that, the construction workers are aware of the safety and health in constructions but they do not adhere and follow it. Workers admittedly that the reason they are complaisant about following safety and health practices are discomfort, beliefs, and bad habits. The following recommendation were sought based on the results of the interview; 1. Workers must attend or be trained with safety and health. A training that would enable them to understand the safety and health issues and concerns, 2. Workers must be taught with correct attitude towards safety in workplace, 3. They must taught of right things contrary to their old beliefs, 4. Workers must developed good habit and positive outlook in terms of their safety and well-being.

Pengaruh Motivasi Ekstrinsik terhadap Perilaku Menyikat Gigi pada Anak

Dental caries is a dental health problem that often affects children aged 6-12 years. Children who have bad habits in maintaining oral hygiene are at greater risk to suffer from dental caries. A good habit that can be developed to obtain a good behavior is tooth brushing. The behavior of tooth brushing in children can be influenced by many things, inter alia intrimsic or extrinsic motivation. This study was aimed to determine whether there was an extrinsic motivation on tooth brushing behavior among elementary school students. This was a literature review study using databases of Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Indonesia Onesearch. There were five literatures with cross-sectional design used in this study. The results showed that extrinsic motivation could influence the tooth brushing behavior of the students. Parents and teachers had a major role in influencing the students for tooth brushing behavior. In conclusion, there is an influence of extrinsic motivation on children's tooth brushing behavior.Keywords: motivation, behavior, tooth brushing, children Abstrak: Karies gigi merupakan masalah gigi yang sering menyerang anak usia 6-12 tahun. Anak yang memiliki kebiasaan buruk dalam pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulutnya berisiko lebih besar terkena karies gigi. Kebiasaan baik yang dapat dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan perilaku yang baik, yakni kebiasaan menyikat gigi. Perilaku menyikat gigi pada anak dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, salah satunya ialah motivasi yang dapat berasal dari dalam (intrinsik) maupun dari luar diri seseorang (ekstrinsik). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap perilaku menyikat gigi siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ialah literature review dengan menggunakan empat database yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Indonesia Onesearch. Lima literatur yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh terhadap perilaku menyikat gigi anak. Orang tua dan guru memiliki peran utama dalam memengaruhi motivasi menyikat gigi anak. Clinical Study on the Influence of Eye Care Habits on Myopia in School-age Children

In order to explore the relationship between the habit of using eyes and myopia, summarize and put forward to develop good habit of using eyes of school-age children to achieve the purpose of preventing myopia. 960 school-age children aged 7 to 12 were selected from the ophthalmology clinic of Fujian Provincial Government Hospital. The data collected included reading distance, sleep time, average daily outdoor activity time, average daily continuous eye use time. Ophthalmologists are responsible for visual examination, which includes mild myopia, moderate myopia and severe myopia. SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data processing. As a results, P < 0.05 was statistically significant. There are significant differences in the distribution of sleep time among the three groups (P < 0.05); There are significant differences in the time distribution of each continuous close eye use among the three groups (P < 0.05); There are significant differences in the distribution of distance habit among the three groups (P < 0.05); There are significant differences in the distribution of outdoor activity time among the three groups (P < 0.05).Myopia is closely related to the time of close eye use, the distance of eye use, the length of sleep and the length of outdoor activities.

LECTURER RESPONSE TO VIOLATIONS OF POLITENESS IN STUDENT SPEECH

The sense of language is reflected in how one communicates. In students, the impression of speaking can be seen from how he communicates as well as communicating with lecturers. However, not a few students do not consider the procedure of communicating with lecturers so as to commit language violations. Whereas the application of impressions in this language should have been a good habit in every individual in communicating and interacting, it is no exception when communicating via WhatsApp chat. This research was conducted to describe how students use language in communicating with lecturers through chat on the WhatsApp messenger app. This research is qualitative research by applying descriptive methods—data obtained using a google form method to lecturers at universities in Indonesia through Whatsapp groups. The results showed that there was suitability of the language used by students towards lecturers and some who committed language violations. Some of the Maxim in the principle of language effect, according to Leech (2016), contained in this study are Maxim wisdom, Maxim appreciation, Maxim simplicity, and Maxim sympathy.
