The results of development of the control system over the population of cotton bollworm Helicoverpa armigera Hbn are presented to protect seed plantings of tobacco with the use of plant isolation. The studies were conducted in the Krasnodar Territory on a tobacco variety Yubileiny novy 142. The regulation of the cotton bollworm population on tobacco seed plantings was carried out by the method of mass capture of male pests with pheromone traps in order to change the gender balance. This was done together with the application of a biopreparation and sowing of a trap crop (corn) to attract and catch butterfl ies at an earlier stage. At a high degree of bollworm population (4–10 specimens / tobacco infl orescence) on non-isolated plants, insecticides based on baculovirus of nuclear polyhedrosis of cotton bollworm FermoVirin XC (in the doze 1.0– 4.0 g/ha) and Helicovex (0.05–0.2 l/ha) were used three times with an interval of 7 days in combination with “male vacuum”. Biological effi ciency was 38– 77 and 62–84% in reducing the number of bollworm larvae, 41–75 and 60–79% in decreasing the damage, respectively. The decrease in the number of bollworm larvae on isolated plants reached 36– 70 and 58–79%, the decrease in damage – 39–69 and 60–72%, respectively. Treatment of seed plots with virus insecticides allowed to save from 22 to 43 kg of the biological yield of tobacco seeds per 1 ha on non-isolated plants and from 21 to 51 kg on isolated plants. With a low number of hatching larvae (14 specimens / 100 plants), a single use of the preparations Bitoxibacillin (Bacillus thuringiensis var. Thuringiensis) and Lepidocide (Bacillus thuringiensis var. Kurstaki) reduced the amount of phytophage by 47–75 and 48–64%, respectively. The system is recommended for use on other crops damaged by cotton bollworm, including in organic farming technologies.

The urgency of vocational training for pop-jazz musicians is substantiated. The aim of the study is to determine the necessary components in the work on professional sound production in the process of teaching pop-jazz vocal, as well as to demonstrate some ways to increase the effi-ciency of work on sound in the classroom. The issues of the development of a professional singing voice in the process of teaching pop-jazz performance are considered. The research methods in-cluded: study of special literature, analysis and generalization of research and pedagogical expe-rience of the work of leading specialists in the field of music education and performance. The high degree of influence of the level of professional training of performers-vocalists on the national musical culture is proved. Practical recommendations for work on singing sound production in the process of professional training of pop-jazz singers in modern music educational institutions are presented.

Kecamatan Seputih Raman Kabupaten Lampung Tengah merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil komoditi padi yang memasok persediaan beras di Provinsi Lampung. Gapoktan Gapsera sejahtera Mandiri merupakan salah satu Gapoktan di Kecamatan Seputih Raman yang sudah menerapkan pertanian organik dalam budidaya tanamana padi. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan oleh Gapoktan Subur Asri adalah beras organik “Berasera”. Dalam proses budidaya dan pengendalian hama peyakit Gapoktan Subur Asri sudah tidak menggunakan bahan kimia sintetik melainkan dengan menggunakan agensia hayati. Akan tetapi dalam perbanyakan agensia hayati (mikroorganisme) belum maksimal karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknik perbanyakan agensia hayati, selain itu juga tidak tersedianya tempat kerja perbanyakan yang tidak aseptik (steril) sehingga terjadinya kontaminasi dengan mikroorganisme lainnya. Oleh karena itu untuk menciptakan lingkungan perbanyakan agensia hayati yang aseptik maka diperlukan suatu Laboratorium sederhana yang terdiri dari alat-alat standar Laboratorium. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembimbingan melalui sosialisasi teknik perbanyakan agensia hayati, pendampingan dalam mencari agensia hayati di lapangan dan pendampingan pembuatan laboratorium sederhana. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan di PP Gapsera Sejahtera Mandiri adalah Penyuluhan mengenai cara isolasi agensia hayati NPV (Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus) dan isolasi Bt (Bacillus thuringiensis) serta teknik perbanyakannya, Teknik bekerja secara aseptik dan Pembuatan Laboratorium sederhana yang salah satu alatnya ialah Enkas (Lemari kerja aseptik) / Laminar air flow. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, petani mampu melakukan isolasi NPV dan Bt, serta mampu bekerja secara aseptik guna mendapatkan/ memperbanyak agensia hayati pengendali hama dan penyakit tumbuhan. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya laboratorium sederhana yang operasioanal untuk perbanyakan agensia hayati pengendali hama dan penyakit tanaman.

AbstractThe efficacy of mixtures of chlordimeform with Bacillus thuringiensis and(or) Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus and Pieris rapae granulosis virus against Trichoplusia ni and Pieris rapae on the late cabbage was assessed in field plots over four growing seasons. Mixtures of 0.07 kg of chlordimeform/ha (1/8 of the recommended dosage) with low concentrations of the microbial insecticides were as effective or more effective than the materials used alone at full rates. The advantages of such mixtures in pest management are discussed.
