Based on the Indonesian Central of Statistics the level of poverty people in September 2018 was 25.95 million, based on data, the government allocation care fund the reduce poverty people, the fund are given through the bank. However, banks cannot allocation funds because the cost for build infrastructure is expensive, such as making an ATM. about that, the banks need to find a new solution to allocation care fund to the poverty people, Mobile Platform Biometric Cloud Authentication is one  solution. In this study, the experimentationn of the biometric face recognized( face data  enrypt and decript by algoritma AES 256 bit) to secure online payment mobile application based on the QR Code scan and face recognition[8,10]. The concentration of this study lies in the experimentationn of biometric face recognize and QR Code scan on biometric payment based face recognition and QR Code scan mobile applications that play a role in data communication security. The test results on this mobile application show that scanning a QR Code and biometric face recognize can be implemented at an online merchant transaction with an accuracy of 95% and takes 53, 21 seconds in transactions. Nowadays booking tickets and getting inside a railway station is adifficult task. Manual checking becomes a burden and time consuming. Also as everything is getting digitized in this modern world introduce face recognition and Quick Response (QR) code system for entry helps in passenger convenience.Face recognition is a method of identifying or verifying the identity of an individual using their face. Face recognition systems can be used to identify people in photos, video, or in real-time.So this system focuses on passengers’ convenience through allowing them to book tickets online and by introducing face recognition system and QR code system for entry to a railway station. This system helps inidentifying people who try to travel without buying tickets and also helps toapprehend the blacklisted person which increases security in the railway station. Online booking is one of the convenient ways tobook the ticket. This system also provides the convenience to passenger by issuing the digital ticket in the form of QR code thus avoiding any fuss due to the loss of the physical ticket.

We have seen the emergence of various payment and information sharing methods with the rapid digitization of such services. Payment methods like NFC, Credit/Debit card, and QR code-based have become very common. These methods were intended to provide secure, safe and faster transactions. Although these have succeeded in their intentions up to some extent, there are various factors that are posing problems like confusion, time consumption, security threat, fraud, and theft. When it comes to sharing contact information and social media handles, visiting cards are still preferred but this is not the most reliable method as one either tends to lose these cards or has to store this information manually on their phone. This paper provides a comprehensive survey of the various available methods for making mobile payments and sending contact details as well as the challenges faced. Furthermore, we discuss and compare alternative available technologies like face recognition that can be implemented.

Configural processing has been considered the major contributor to the face inversion effect (FIE) in face recognition. However, most researchers have only obtained the FIE with one specific ratio of configural alteration. It remains unclear whether the ratio of configural alteration itself can mediate the occurrence of the FIE. We aimed to clarify this issue by manipulating the configural information parametrically using six different ratios, ranging from 4% to 24%. Participants were asked to judge whether a pair of faces were entirely identical or different. The paired faces that were to be compared were presented either simultaneously (Experiment 1) or sequentially (Experiment 2). Both experiments revealed that the FIE was observed only when the ratio of configural alteration was in the intermediate range. These results indicate that even though the FIE has been frequently adopted as an index to examine the underlying mechanism of face processing, the emergence of the FIE is not robust with any configural alteration but dependent on the ratio of configural alteration.

Abstract. Four experiments were conducted investigating the effect of size congruency on facial recognition memory, measured by remember, know and guess responses. Different study times were employed, that is extremely short (300 and 700 ms), short (1,000 ms), and long times (5,000 ms). With the short study time (1,000 ms) size congruency occurred in knowing. With the long study time the effect of size congruency occurred in remembering. These results support the distinctiveness/fluency account of remembering and knowing as well as the memory systems account, since the size congruency effect that occurred in knowing under conditions that facilitated perceptual fluency also occurred independently in remembering under conditions that facilitated elaborative encoding. They do not support the idea that remember and know responses reflect differences in trace strength.
