This research purposes aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place, employee, process and physical evidence) on customer satisfaction, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of trust on customer satisfaction, the effect of the marketing mix on customer loyalty, the influence of quality. service to customer loyalty, the effect of trust on customer loyalty and the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Great Indonesian Milagros. Test and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Great Indonesian Milagros. Test and analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Great Indonesian Milagros. Test and analyze the influence of trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Great Indonesian Milagros. To achieve this research, questionnaires were distributed and documents were collected using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis. The total population is all customers who have registered in 2015–2019, amounting to 558 subscribers. The numbers of samples in this study were 233 customers. The results of this study found that the marketing mix and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. The marketing mix, service quality, and Trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Marketing mix and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Purpose With growing mobility in a globalized world and an estimate of more than 300 million people going on religious pilgrimages every year, various researchers have been focusing on pilgrimage-driven travel services. In this context and within the Islamic religious tradition, the “Umrah” is used as a case study in this paper. In addition, this study also investigated the effects of Umrah SMM (promotion, place, people, product, price, process, physical evidence, marketing communication and after sale service) on customer satisfaction and loyalty toward Umrah travel agents in “Malaysia.” Design/methodology/approach Convenience sampling technique at four international airports in “Malaysia” was used to obtain data from Umrah travelers who had used Umrah services at least once. A total of 384 usable questionnaires were collected from this study and the data were analyzed using the partial least square. Findings The result indicated that the marketing mix has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction both directly and indirectly. This study will be of interest to the Umrah travel industry, for Malaysia and all the other countries, in understanding how marketing mix strategies are essential in maintaining a long-term relationship with customers. Originality/value The literature on Umrah travel services revealed that the traditional service marketing mix (SMM) of 7P’s is inadequate. The purpose of this paper is to address this gap and examine an innovative service marketing mix strategy for “Umrah Service” including marketing communication and after sales service. It investigates the effects of enhanced Umrah SMM on customer satisfaction and loyalty towards Umrah travel agents in “Malaysia”.

The COVID – 19 pandemic been made bad impact all tourism sector. Travels agents need to be adapted to pandemic condition to survive in this current situation. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of marketing mix, quality of service on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study took samples on the research population customers of PT. Mutiara Cemerlang Utama Bali who buys domestic and international flight tickets, makes hotel room reservations, tour package, India pilgrimage tours, assistant to make passport and visa extension. This research leads to descriptive and verificative research called explanatory research. The data was collected by interviewing and disseminating questionnaires by purposive sampling method processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool, the number of samples used by 120 samples. The results obtained in this study are that the marketing mix has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the quality of service has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, but marketing mix and quality of service have a positive effect on customer loyalty. This is due to several factors that affect such as the price competition of travel agents. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Along with the increasing demand of palm oil seed trigger an increased number of seed producers of palm oil in Indonesia. Under conditions of tight competition, PT Socfin Indonesia (Socfindo) as one of the producers of palm oil seed needs to evaluate the performance of the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) through customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aimed to analyze the influence of marketing mix towards customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as to analyze the level of satisfaction and loyalty customer  palm oil seed of PT Socfindo. The collection of data through the 30 respondent companies. Data analysis methods used Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Analysis results showed that the the product variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty, while the variables of price, place and promotion does not have a significant influence in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, the calculation results Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), customer satisfaction index palm oil seed PT Socfindo which can be categorized as very satisfied and calculating results Customer Loyalty Index (CLI), an index of customer loyalty palm oil seed PT Socfindo which can be categorized loyal.
