New complexes of first series of transition metals with P-amino benzene dithiocarbamate of the general formula [M(PABdtc)2] and [ M(PABdtc)2(L)n] M=Fe( ІІ ),Co( ІІ ),Ni( ІІ ) ,Cu(ІІ) and Zn (ІІ). PABdtc = Paraamino benzene dithiocarbamate ,n=2 when  L= Py,ɣ-Pic,iso qunoline ,3,5lutidine  n=1when L=1,10-phenanthroline, en, 2,-2bipy.and the type(R)4N[Ni(PABdtc)3] R= methyl, ethyl are prepared. Physico chemical characterization of these complexes was applied  using magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductance , Infrared and electronic spectra, Metal content measurements, molar conductance indicate complexes of the type [M(PABdtc)2] and [M(PABdtc)2(L)n] are non-electrolyte while complexes of the type (R)4N[Ni(PABdtc)3] are 1:1 electrolyte. Magnetic moment and electronic spectra indicate that the complexes of the type [M(PABdtc)2] are tetrahedral geometry while the complexes of the type [M(PABdtc)2(L)n] and (R)4N[Ni(PABdtc)3] have octahedral geometry

Synthesis of some new dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes having general formula [MoO2(mac)](acac)2, (where mac = tetraazamacrocyclic ligands derived from condensation of furil with 1,2-diaminobenzene or 2,3-diaminopyridine and their reaction with ?-diketones) using dioxometal ion as kinetic template are reported. The prepared complexes have been characterized by molar conductance, elemental analyses, infrared and electronic data. The spectral data indicate that ligands act as tetradentate chelating agent. Due to their biological relevance, molybdenum catalyzed oxygen transfer reactions have great interest. All the dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes have octahedral geometry with six coordination.

The complexes of Benzil-2, 4-dinitrophenyl hydrazone-p- bromo aniline with Ti(III),V(III), VO(IV),MoO (V), Fe(II), Fe(III) have synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic measurement data, molar conductance, TGA,UV-visible and IR spectra data. The complexes of Ti (III), V (III), Fe (II) and Fe (III) have octahedral geometry while VO (IV) and MoO(V) have distorted octahedral geometry due to the presence of M=O moiety.

The oxaloyl carboxymethyl cellulose (OCMC) complexes of Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) metal ions have been synthesized and the coordination of OCMC in these complexes has been investigated through IR spectra, reflectance spectra, and thermal analysis. On the basis of spectral and thermal data an octahedral geometry was assigned to[Mn(II)OCMC(H2O)2]nand[Co(II)OCMC(H2O)2]n, square planar geometry was assigned to[Cu(II)OCMC]n, and tetrahedral geometry was assigned to[Ni(II)OCMC]nand[Zn(II)OCMC]nMetallic Gel complexes.

This work includes preparation of the new ligand 5- (1-benzoimidazol-2-ylamino)-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole-2-thiol (BIATT) by the reaction of 5-Amino-2-thio-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole with 2-mercaptobenzoimidazole by refluxin 1, 4-dioxane as solvent. The metal complexes of the ligand were prepared with metals chlorides of Co (II), Ni (II), Cu (II), Zn (II) and Cd (II) in ethanol as solvent. The ligand (L) and its metal complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C.H.N.),IR,1H-NMR and UV- Vis. spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements ,molar conductivity, melting points and atomic absorption. The metal-ligand ratio was determined by mole ratio method. The suggested structures for the Co (II), Ni (II) and Cu (II) complexes are octahedral geometry andfor the Zn (II) and Cd (II) complex are tetrahedral geometry.

In this work, Schiff base ligands L1: N, N-bis (2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde) hydrazine, L2: N, N-bis (salicylidene) hydrazine, and L3:N –salicylidene- hydrazine were synthesized by condensation reaction. The prepared ligands were reacted with specific divalent metal ions such as (Mn2+, Fe2+, Ni2+) to prepare their complexes. The ligands and complexes were characterized by C.H.N, FT-IR, UV-Vis, solubility, melting point and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The results show that the ligands of complexes (Mn2+, Fe2+) have octahedral geometry while the ligands of complexes (Ni2+) have tetrahedral geometry.
