Part program NC merupakan prosedur yang menentukan urutan proses dan posisi pahat relatif terhadap benda kerja yang harus di ikuti oleh mesin untuk membuat suatu komponen produk tertentu. Pembuatan part program NC membutuhkan seorang programmer yang mampu membaca gambar teknik dengan baik, mengenal proses permesinan, dan mampu mengubah informasi gambar tersebut secara benar. Dalam makalah ini dipresentasikan sebuah program pembaca file gambar AutoCAD yang berformat *DWG (Drawing) terlebih dahulu dirubah kedalam format *DXF (Drawing Interchange Format). Semua isi file yang di inputkan dibaca dari awal sampai akhir, yang kemudian disimpan dalam sebuah buffer data. Pada tahap selanjutnya buffer data tersebut akan diekstraksi guna pendefinisian jenis feature, origin feature, dan dimensi feature. Berdasarkan tiga informasi data tersebut maka program pembaca file gambar akan membangkitkan sebuah part program NC dalam format Bahasa manual (G-Code) untuk penerapan pada mesin MC-520. Penggunaan program pembangkit program NC ini dalam suatu proses akan dapat menekan anggka kesalahan input data pada saat pembuatan program NC, mereduksi waktu pembuatan program NC yang secara keseluruhan juga akan mengurangi waktu produksi.

The main objective of any machining simulation system is to produce a model that can reveal or mimic the real machining process as accurately as possible. Current simulation systems often use G-code or CL data as input that has inherent drawbacks such as vendor-specific nature, incomplete data, irreversible data conversions and lack of accuracy. These limitations hinder the development of a ‘trustworthy’ simulation system. Hence, there is a need for higher-level input data that can assist with accurate simulation for machining processes. There is also a need to take into account of true behaviour and real-time data of a machine tool. The paper presents a ‘near-real simulation’ solution for more accurate results. STEP-NC is used as the input data as it provides a more complete data model for machining simulations. Data from the machine tool is captured by means of sensors to provide true values for machining simulation purposes. The outcome of the research provides a smart and better informed simulation environment. The paper reviewed some of the current simulation approaches, discussed input data sources for smart simulation system and proposed near-real simulation system architecture.

This work presents the automation of high-accuracy CNC tool trajectory planning from CAD to G-code generation through optimal NURBs surface approximation. The proposed optimization method finds the minimum number of NURBS control points for a given admissible theoretical cord error between the desired and manufactured surfaces. The result is a compact part program that is less sensitive to data starvation than circular and spline interpolations with potential better surface finish. The proposed approach is demonstrated with the tool path generation of an involute gear profile.

An unambiguous analysis of transmission electron diffraction effects requires two samplings of the reciprocal lattice (RL). However, extracting definitive information from the patterns is difficult even for a general orthorhombic case. The usual procedure has been to deduce the approximate variables controlling the formation of the patterns from qualitative observations. Our present purpose is to illustrate two applications of a computer programme written for the analysis of transmission, selected area diffraction (SAD) patterns; the studies of RL spot shapes and epitaxy.When a specimen contains fine structure the RL spots become complex shapes with extensions in one or more directions. If the number and directions of these extensions can be estimated from an SAD pattern the exact spot shape can be determined by a series of refinements of the computer input data.

A program for providing information to children who are deaf about their deafness and addressing common concerns about deafness is detailed. Developed by a school audiologist and the school counselor, this two-part program is geared for children from 3 years to 15 years of age. The first part is an educational audiology program consisting of varied informational classes conducted by the audiologist. Five topics are addressed in this part of the program, including basic audiology, hearing aids, FM systems, audiograms, and student concerns. The second part of the program consists of individualized counseling. This involves both one-to-one counseling sessions between a student and the school counselor, as well as conjoint sessions conducted—with the student’s permission—by both the audiologist and the school counselor.

The aim of the research project solved at the University of Finance and administration is to construct a new bankruptcy model. The intention is to use data of the firms that have to cease their activities due to bankruptcy. The most common method for bankruptcy model construction is multivariate discriminant analyses (MDA). It allows to derive the indicators most sensitive to the future companies’ failure as a parts of the bankruptcy model. One of the assumptions for using the MDA method and reassuring the reliable results is the normal distribution and independence of the input data. The results of verification of this assumption as the third stage of the project are presented in this article. We have revealed that this assumption is met only in a few selected indicators. Better results were achieved in the indicators in the set of prosperous companies and one year prior the failure. The selected indicators intended for the bankruptcy model construction thus cannot be considered as suitable for using the MDA method.

ABSTRAK Sungai Ambawang merupakan salah satu Kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Kubu Raya.  Kondisi topografi Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang relatif datar sehingga daerah ini sering terjadi banjir secara periodik. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kajian ilmiah tentang kondisi lingkungan serta besarnya debit banjir  dan pemetaan daerah rawan banjir di wilayah Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data sekunder antara lain data curah hujan, peta-peta seperti peta tata guna lahan, peta kemiringan lereng, dan peta jenis tanah,  sedangkan data primer yang digunakan adalah data kecepatan aliran sungai dan luas penampang sungai. Analisis besarnya debit banjir dilakukan dengan analisa curah hujan rancangan menggunakan Log Person tipe III dan analisa perhitungan debit banjir dengan menggunakan rumus rasional. Sedangkan untuk membuat peta rawan banjir menggunakan analisa data spasial data sekunder dengan software Arcgis. Setelah itu diberikan skoring parameter kerentanan pada peta tematik yang sudah diolah dan juga data curah hujan, setelah itu melakukan pengabungan/ tumpang tindih (Overlay) terhadap semua peta tematik tersebut. Kemudian melakukan analisis nilai kerentanan banjir dan melakukan input data kedalam peta yang sudah digabungkan dan akan didapatkan peta rawan banjir. Hasil analisa menunjukkan semua Sub DAS yang terdapat di Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang dapat menampung debit rencana yang ada. Daerah rawan banjir memiliki lima kategori yaitu daerah  sangat rentan seluas 218,30 km2, daerah rentan seluas 117,07 km2, daerah sedang seluas 627,86, km2, daerah kurang rentan seluas 166,97 km2, dan yang terakhir daerah tidak rentan seluas 0,07 km2. Analisa daerah rawan banjir ini dilakukan berdasarkan pemberian skoring dengan melihat kondisi fisik kawasan Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang.   Kata- Kata Kunci: Peta rawan banjir, tata guna lahan, perangkat lunak Arcgis.
