Administration is the whole process of managing correspondence that starts from collecting, recording, managing, duplicating, sending and storing all information needed by the organization. Administration becomes a mechanism that can help, facilitate, improve, the effectiveness and efficiency of activities by providing all necessary data and information, so that activities run smoothly. Administration is important because administration can help and facilitate other subsystems such as student affairs, curriculum, personnel administration, and others. In this case there is a term called an assistive mechanism meaning that school administration activities can be used to help the leader (Principal) in making decisions, so as to facilitate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative process, with the required data.
