What is called education is one of the fields that determines the success or progress of a country. And if the education of a country is good, then it can be ensured that the country is good too. But if the State has a problem with its education, then a State or nation will find it difficult to advance and develop. If the education of a country is good, it can be expected that the community or students will have better abilities and good morals and morals, so when a country or nation experiences problems it is expected that students or the community can face and the problem well.Administration of school administration is that is a part or field and also the organization that is in the school whose job is to take care of the parts of correspondence, documents, notes about students, and also important books belonging to the school. This administrative sector is very important in schools because it can facilitate and greatly assist other sections or fields, for example such as: student fields or sections, curriculum sections, personnel or membership administration sections, and other parts or fields. In this case there is a term referred to as an auxiliary mechanism which means that the activities or activities concerning school administration can be used to help the leader or principal in making decisions, so as to facilitate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative process, with the data needed.

Its main activity is taking care of all forms of school administration, from correspondence to inventory of goods. When viewed from the above understanding, the administration does not only involve correspondence activities but also involves all material information and information in the form of documents. Administration is important because administration can help and facilitate other subsystems such as student affairs, curriculum, personnel administration, and others. In this case there is a term called an assistive mechanism meaning that school administration activities can be used to help the leader (Principal) in making decisions, so as to facilitate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative process, with the required data. ASOCIAL “WE” The problems discussed in the book are revealed by the well-known view of Aristotle that man is a cultural, social and political being: ...And he who by nature and not by mere accident lives outside the state, is either a wretch or superhuman being; he is ‘without lineage, law, hearth,‘ as denoted by Homer, because if someone is such a person by nature, he desires passionately war, being isolated, as a stone excluded from dice. Furthermore, It appears that the state is a creation of nature and most of all concerns the individual because when each person separately is not self-sufficient, he will be placed in the same relation to the state like these and other parts in relation to a whole. However, one who is unable to live in the community, or does not need it at all, being self-sufficient, such a person is not a member of the state, so he must be either a beast or god. Directed by the spirit of contrariness, I will add Friedrich Nietzsche’s comment : “Aristotle says that in order to live alone one must be either an animal or a god. The third alternative is lacking. A man must be both – a philosopher.”

My aim in this essay is to advance the state of scholarly discussion on the harms of genocide. The most obvious harms inflicted by every genocide are readily evident: the physical harm inflicted upon the victims of genocide and the moral harm that the perpetrators of genocide inflict upon themselves. Instead, I will focus on a kind of harm inflicted upon those who are neither victims nor perpetrators, on those who are outside observers, so to speak. My thesis will be that when a whole community or culture is eliminated, or even deeply wounded, the world loses an avenue for insight into the human condition. My argument is as follows. In order to understand human nature, and that which promotes its flourishing, we must certainly study individual human beings. But since human beings as rational and linguistic animals are in part constituted by the communities in which they live, the study of human nature should also involve the study of communities and cultures—both those that are well ordered and those that are not. No one community or culture has expressed all that can be said about the human way of existing and flourishing. And given that the unity and wholeness of human nature can only be glimpsed in a variety of communities and cultures, then part of the harm of genocide consists in the removal of a valuable avenue for human beings to better understand themselves.

Public service accounts for a substantial share of a country’s economic activity. It is designed as an agent of fruitful change and development in the state. The transformation of any society or system depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of its civil service. The article examines the nature of professionalization and innovation in Nigerian public service. It argues that professionalization in the public service is an overarching value that determines how its activities will be carried out. The article note that various attempts have been made in Nigeria to professionalised and encourage innovation in the public service, but these have not bring about the expected changes in the public service. It therefore advocates for professionalization and innovations as panacea to the ills of public service in Nigeria. The article concludes that no public service can meet the challenges of the twenty first century without a stronger commitment to the professionalization of its workforce.
