Abstract The article describes the study of methods of hydrodynamic coefficients using finite volumes, as well as numerical methods based on the study of data from the air tube experiment. The methods of converting the data of air tube experiments when working out the elements of the fixed assets of the fleet in the bases of orthogonal functions (bursts) were investigated and described. The study is based on the obtained mathematical models of processes using the methods of multi-turn engineering design, methods for constructing computer models in a structure that provides for an open process of developing and approving proposed project elements. An urgent task is to develop methods for reducing costs associated with the design and creation of marine infrastructure facilities and fixed working capital. The relevance of the tasks follows from the expensive cycles of project development, the labor costs of highly qualified specialists.

Gravity balancing techniques allow for the reduction of energy consumptions in robotic systems. With the appropriate arrangements, often including springs, the overall potential energy of a manipulator can be made configuration-independent, achieving an indifferent equilibrium for any position. On the other hand, such arrangements lose their effectiveness when some of the system parameters change, including the mass. This paper proposes a method to accommodate different payloads for a mechanism with a single degree-of-freedom (DOF). By means of an auxiliary mechanism including a slider, pulleys and a counterweight, the attachment point of a spring is automatically regulated so as to maintain the system in indifferent equilibrium regardless of the position, even when the overall mass of the system varies. Practical implications for the design of the mechanism are also discussed. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Research suggests the use of different indexes on panoramic radiography as a way to assess BMD and to be able to detect changes in bone metabolism before fractures occur. Therefore, the objective of this chapter is to describe the use of these parameters as an auxiliary mechanism in the detection of low bone mineral density, as well as to characterize the radiographic findings of patients with osteoporosis.

In view of the practical problems faced by the group with travel inconvenience, the wheelchairs in today’s Chinese market can’t meet the needs of society. Taking the integrated function chair as the research object, this paper puts forward the whole structure of the self-help ladder climbing intelligent chair. The chair is designed on the basis of analyzing the working principle of the main and the auxiliary structure. Based on Ergonomics, the composition and driving mode of each core module and auxiliary mechanism are developed, and the three-dimensional model of self-help ladder climbing intelligent chair is established by using UG. Selfhelp intelligent stair-climbing chair is not only conductive to improving the quality of life of special people and easing their family burden, but also has positive significance to the healthy and sustainable development of wheelchair industry.

AbstractConsidering its intolerance to ischemia, it is of critical importance for the brain to efficiently process microvascular occlusions and maintain tissue perfusion. In addition to collateral microvascular flow and enzymatic degradation of emboli, the endothelium has the potential to engulf microparticles and thereby recanalize the vessel, through a process called angiophagy. Here, we set out to study the dynamics of angiophagy in relation to cytoskeletal remodeling in vitro and reperfusion in vivo. We show that polystyrene microspheres and fibrin clots are actively taken up by (brain) endothelial cells in vitro, and chart the dynamics of the actin cytoskeleton during this process using live cell imaging. Whereas microspheres were taken up through the formation of a cup structure by the apical endothelial membrane, fibrin clots were completely engulfed by the cells, marked by dense F-actin accumulation surrounding the clot. Both microspheres and fibrin clots were retained in the endothelial cells. Notably, fibrin clots were not degraded intracellularly. Using an in vivo microembolization rat model, in which microparticles are injected into the common carotid artery, we found that microspheres are transported by the endothelium from the microvasculature into the brain parenchyma. Microembolization with microspheres caused temporal opening of the blood–brain barrier and vascular nonperfusion, followed by microsphere extravasation and restoration of vessel perfusion over time. Taken together, angiophagy is accompanied by active cytoskeletal remodeling of the endothelium, and is an effective mechanism to restore perfusion of the occluded microvasculature in vivo.

What is called education is one of the fields that determines the success or progress of a country. And if the education of a country is good, then it can be ensured that the country is good too. But if the State has a problem with its education, then a State or nation will find it difficult to advance and develop. If the education of a country is good, it can be expected that the community or students will have better abilities and good morals and morals, so when a country or nation experiences problems it is expected that students or the community can face and the problem well.Administration of school administration is that is a part or field and also the organization that is in the school whose job is to take care of the parts of correspondence, documents, notes about students, and also important books belonging to the school. This administrative sector is very important in schools because it can facilitate and greatly assist other sections or fields, for example such as: student fields or sections, curriculum sections, personnel or membership administration sections, and other parts or fields. In this case there is a term referred to as an auxiliary mechanism which means that the activities or activities concerning school administration can be used to help the leader or principal in making decisions, so as to facilitate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative process, with the data needed.
