Abstract - Educational administration is a series of activities or the whole process controlling the cooperation effort of a number of people to achieve educational goals planned and systematically held in a particular environment mainly in the form of educational institutions. The scope of education administration what is meant is personnel administration, administration, student affairs, curriculum administration, administration of facilities and infrastructure, administration. In administration it also includes planning, organizing, briefing, supervision which in its implementation is carried out by all parties who in the education institutions, including the school principal, the teacher, other education staff have carried out their duties in accordance with their respective fields with the intention of achieving the one purpose of education.

So, the word "administration" can be interpreted as an activity or effort to help, serve, direct, or regulate all activities in achieving a goal. Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The purpose of education administration is that all activities support the achievement of educational goals or in other words administration is used in the world of education so that educational goals are achieved.

This article was created with the aim of understanding the reader about basic knowledge about education administration. Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all personnel and material resources that are available and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The reader is expected to be motivated to provide something different in the process of improvement in the world of education for both students and all the scope of education that exists after the reader learns and understands the administration of education. because a teacher in addition to being the administrator of education administration is also responsible for education that happens correctly. This article discusses the basic concepts, processes and scope of education administration. writing this article using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the first step taken is researchers find relevant theories then make conclusions about the material obtained, then analyst data has been found, then create new researchers who analyze based on information. The results of this article are based on the analysis of researchers in general there are four steps to conducting education administration. Educational administration is the whole process of directing, coordinating, supervising, reporting, planning and integrating everything that includes personnel, spiritual and material related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The educational administration's goal is to have good teaching and learning conditions. Because by creating good and structured teaching and learning conditions, it can achieve the educational goals to be achieved by the school in the future. If there is no structured education administration in a school it will be difficult for the school to achieve the school's goals and objectives. Educational administration is an important determinant of success or failure of education.
