Administration can be interpreted as the whole process of achieving activities goals efficiently with and through other people (Robbins, 1998: 63). Administration in orderly and orderly education is very necessary to improve the ability of education management. This increase in capacity will have a positive effect, namely the increasing efficiency, quality and expansion of performance in the world of education. The purpose of administration in general is that all activities support the achievement of educational goals. Specifically to achieve production effectiveness; Efficiency; Adaptability; and Job Satisfaction. In other words, the measure of the success of educational administration is the productivity of education, which is first seen in the product results or effectiveness of the process, atmosphere and efficiency. In achieving this effectiveness a minimum process is needed including organizational human behavior. That behavior can be expressed in the form of planning, implementation and supervision or guidance on the task of administrative obligations.
