Mawaddah Medika Hospital requires personnel who have building expertise and require supporting equipment in terms of supervision and analysis to calculate building structures that meet standards. The purpose of this community service is the application of the Structural Analysis And Design (STAAD) Pro V8i application to calculate safe building structures that hospitals must provide to support their activities. The results of calculating the dimensions of the concrete and its reinforcement are based on the axial moments and forces carried on the Central Steril Supply Department building. Structural calculation method with Structural Analysis And Design (STAAD) Pro V8i. As a result of this community service activity, partners receive assistance in planning the structure of the building so that an effective planning implementation can be obtained.ABSTRAKRumah Sakit Mawaddah Medika, membutuhkan  kompetensi personil yang mempunyai keahlian Bangunan Gedung, serta membutuhkan  peralatan yang mendukung dalam hal survei maupun peralatan analisa untuk menghitung struktur bangunan gedung yang memenuhi standar..

People’s participation in planning, implementation and maintenance stage is important for making any programmes successful. Realizing it, Government of India (2011), issued a Common Guidelines for Watershed Development Projects, Revised Edition, 2011 in which participation of beneficiary farmers was made as mandatory. Hence, here an attempt has been made to study the extent of participation of beneficiaries in involvement of farm pond programmes under three stages such as planning, implementation and maintenance were studied. The study was conducted during 2020 in dry land areas of Tamil Nadu to measure the extent of people’s participation in farm pond development programme. The results revealed that overall participation Index score was 64.75 per cent. It means that moderate level of participation was observed among the farmers in farm pond development programmes. Further it is noted that high level of participation was exhibited by farmers in planning stage (72.12%) and moderate level was exhibited by farmers in implementation stage (63.78%) as well as maintenance stage (58.36%) of farmers in farm pond programmes. It means farmers were participated and contributed more during planning followed by implementation and maintenance stages of programme.

This study aimed to develop an inventory for advance care planning implementation for persons with dementia in group homes and to examine the association between inventory implementation and residents’ quality of dying. A nationwide cross-sectional study was conducted via questionnaires mailed from 2000 group homes in Japan, selected through stratified random sampling. Participants were managers and care planners who had provided end-of-life care for recently deceased residents. The newly developed inventory was used to assess advance care planning implementation for persons with dementia, and the Quality of Dying in Long-term Care Scale was used to evaluate quality of dying. The valid response rate was 28.5% (n = 569). The factor structure of the newly developed Advance Care Planning Practice Inventory and the association between its implementation and quality of dying were verified using factor analysis and internal consistency, and logistic regression, respectively. The composite score and the factor score of the newly developed inventory were significantly associated with quality of dying (p < 0.05). The implementation of advance care planning improves the quality of dying. These findings can be used in development of educational programs, as well as research on advance care planning for care providers.

Despite the increasing transition from paper vouchers to mobile e-vouchers for maternal health in low- and middle-income countries, few studies have reviewed key elements for program planning, implementation, and evaluation. To bridge this gap, this study conducted an interpretive review and developed a logic model for mobile maternal health e-voucher programs. Pubmed, EMBASE, and Cochrane databases were searched to retrieve relevant studies; 27 maternal health voucher programs from 84 studies were identified, and key elements for the logic model were retrieved and organized systematically. Some of the elements identified have the potential to be improved greatly by shifting to mobile e-vouchers, such as payment via mobile money or electronic claims processing and data entry for registration. The advantages of transitioning to mobile e-voucher identified from the logic model can be summarized as scalability, transparency, and flexibility. The present study contributes to the literature by providing insights into program planning, implementation, and evaluation for mobile maternal health e-voucher programs.

Each child has a different character. In this case, the role of the family, especially the mother, is very supportive of the child in instilling the child's character according to his potential. The purpose of this study was to improve the character of children's courage through their mother tongue by using the classroom action research method conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Sungai Pinang Ogan Ilir by researching two cycles consisting of 3 meetings with planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Based on the research results in the first cycle, the minimum category developed as expected 67%, with the dominant indicator appearing as the attitude of doing something without worrying about the difficulties. In comparison, the minimum category increased to 87% in the second cycle, indicating that the child can face something with great confidence and great results. This shows that using the mother tongue can improve the character of the courage of early childhood.
