Administration can be interpreted as the whole process of achieving goal activities efficiently with and through others (Robbins, 1998: 63). An orderly and orderly administration of education is needed to improve the ability to manage education. Increased ability will have a positive impact, namely the increasing efficiency, quality and expansion of performance in the world of education. The administrative goal in general is that all activities support the achievement of educational goals. Specifically, it wants to achieve production effectiveness; Efficiency; The ability to adapt (adaptivenes); and Job Satisfaction. In other words that the measure of the success of education administration is educational productivity, which is first seen in the product of the results or the effectiveness of the process, atmosphere and efficiency. In achieving this effectiveness a minimal process is needed which includes organizational human behavior. That behavior can be expressed in the form of planning, implementation and supervision or coaching for administrative duties.
