Abstract — Educational Administration in Teaching Profession is an educational activity to develop capabilities in the field of administration. science, learning theory and skills implemented long-term aim that is for administrative staff, management or develop the knowledge that has been learned and practiced at school Soekarto Indrafachrudi (2006: 57-58) namely "administration is defined as the whole process of cooperation between two or more people which is based on rationality to achieve predetermined goals "The goal of educational administration is nothing but that all activities support the achievement of educational goals or in other words administration is used in the world of education so that educational goals are achieved. As said by Sergiovanni and Carver (1975) , there are 4 administrative objectives, namely: production effectiveness, efficiency, adaptability, and job satisfaction. Administration can be interpreted as the whole process of achieving activities goals efficiently with and through other people (Robbins, 1998: 63). Administration in orderly and orderly education is very necessary to improve the ability of education management. This increase in capacity will have a positive effect, namely the increasing efficiency, quality and expansion of performance in the world of education. The purpose of administration in general is that all activities support the achievement of educational goals. Specifically to achieve production effectiveness; Efficiency; Adaptability; and Job Satisfaction. In other words, the measure of the success of educational administration is the productivity of education, which is first seen in the product results or effectiveness of the process, atmosphere and efficiency. Professional teaching is a profession that is very important in the life of a nation, this is not because the educational position is very important in the context of national life. Educators are the dominant element in an educational process, so that the quality of education is largely determined by the quality of educators in carrying out their roles and duties in societ. Therefore the development of the teaching profession will have a major impact on improving the quality of education that is still lagging behind, as well as giving the right direction for students to play a role in the community to participate with the community in building the nation.

Writing this article aims to create educational activies to develop capabilities in the fields of administration, science, learning theory and skills aimed at making administrative staff, management able to develop the knowledge that has been learned and practiced in schools. Educational administration itself is a collaborative process of two or more by utilizing all available personnel and materials in accordance to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The educational administration process generally involves forecasting and decision making. Furthermore, organizing deals with efforts to develop a working link in the organization, then planning with the intention that workers carry out work in the manner desired, then each person is guided by the idea of what he did.Finally, the assessment is related to monitoring, control and supervision. Thus having the same goal is to further improve the implementation of an organization or institution’s program. The assessment is not only about the outcome or final goal as planned. The assessment must be carried out on an ongoing basis and regarding the life aspects of the organization or institution.
