Educational Administration in Teaching Profession is an educational activity to develop capabilities in the field of administration. science, learning theory and skills implemented long-term aim that is for administrative staff, maupu management to develop knowledge that has been learned and practiced at school. The word "administration" comes from Latin which consists of the words ad and ministrare. The word ad has the same meaning as the todalam word in English, which means "to" or "to". And ministrare is the same as the word to serve or to conduct which means "to serve", "help", or direct ". In English to administer also means "to manage", "maintain" (to look after), and "direct". So, the word "administration" can be interpreted as an activity or effort to help, serve, direct, or regulate all activities in achieving a goal.

Writing this article aims to create educational activies to develop capabilities in the fields of administration, science, learning theory and skills aimed at making administrative staff, management able to develop the knowledge that has been learned and practiced in schools. Educational administration itself is a collaborative process of two or more by utilizing all available personnel and materials in accordance to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The educational administration process generally involves forecasting and decision making. Furthermore, organizing deals with efforts to develop a working link in the organization, then planning with the intention that workers carry out work in the manner desired, then each person is guided by the idea of what he did.Finally, the assessment is related to monitoring, control and supervision. Thus having the same goal is to further improve the implementation of an organization or institution’s program. The assessment is not only about the outcome or final goal as planned. The assessment must be carried out on an ongoing basis and regarding the life aspects of the organization or institution.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to find out and analyze what is the administration of educators and education personnel. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. In general, educators or teachers, are educational staff who participate in organizing education with special assignments as a teaching profession. Educators have other designations according to their specificities, namely teachers, lecturers, counselors, tutors, widyaiswara, tutors, instructors, facilitators. Educational staff includes principals / madrasas, supervisors of education units, administrative staff, library staff, laboratory staff, technicians, study group managers, leaders in learning and cleaning. The administrative process of educators and education personnel includes the provision of educators and education staff, placement of educators and education staff, orientation of educators and education staff.
