Abstract USS EX-TEN is a series of low-carbon constructional steels supplied in seven grades to minimum yield points of 42,000 psi, 45,000 psi, 50,000 psi, 55,000 psi, 60,000 psi, 65,000 psi and 70,000 psi. It is intended as an economical grade for applications in which greater strength to gain weight reduction is the primary requirement.
