Two new species of Eurypinae (Coleoptera: Mycteridae) are described from Eocene Baltic amber from the Kaliningrad Region, Russia: Glesoconomorphus nachzehrer gen. et sp. nov. and Omineus febribilis sp. nov. The first new fossil taxon displays affinity to recent members of the Neotropical Conomorphus-Stilpnonotus lineage, and the second species was placed into the present-day eastern and southeastern Asian genus Omineus Lewis. The fossil Neopolypria nigra Abdullah, 1964 (Baltic amber) is moved from Mycteridae and placed as incertae sedis within Tenebrionoidea Latreille, 1802.

Two new species of the genus Metalimnobia Matsumura, 1911 from southwest China, M. (M.) bicolorsp. nov. and M. (M.) caudifuscasp. nov., are described and illustrated. The new species can be distinguished from congeners by their wing patterns and male genitalia. New distributional data are given for the following species: M. (M.) bifasciata (Schrank, 1781), M. (M.) quadrinotata (Meigen, 1818) and M. (M.) tenua Savchenko, 1976. An updated key for all Chinese Metalimnobia crane flies is presented.

Two new species of crane flies belonging to the genus Atypophthalmus Brunetti, 1911, A. (Atypophthalmus) kleini Podenas, sp. nov. and A. (Microlimonia) jeju Podenas & Podeniene, sp. nov. collected in South Korea in 2017 and 2019 are described and illustrated. Larvae and female pupa for A. (Microlimonia) jeju sp. nov. are described. The pupa for the subgenus A. (Microlimonia) is described for the first time. An updated list and key for adults of all Korean Atypophthalmus are presented.

The fauna of bees known from Early Eocene (Ypresian) Cambay amber are reviewed.  Presently only three species have been recovered, all from among the corbiculate Apinae and representing the extinct tribes Electrapini and Melikertini, and all from genera known from the slightly younger middle Eocene Baltic amber.  A single, poorly-preserved and fragmentary female of an unidentifiable species of Protobombus Cockerell is recorded.  Two new species of the genus Melikertes Engel are documented, one representing a new subgenus, Paramelikertes Engel & Ortega-Blanco, as is a third, fragmentary melikertine of uncertain identity.  The new species are Melikertes (Paramelikertes) gujaratensis Engel & Ortega-Blanco, new species, and M. (Melikertes) kamboja Engel & Ortega-Blanco, new species.

A new genus and two new amber fossil species of Leiodidae are described: Catops perkovskyi sp. n. (CholevinaeCholevini) and Tafforeus cainosternus gen. n., sp. n. (Leiodinae Pseudoliodini); using virtual dissection by propagationphase contrast synchrotron X-ray microtomography, which allows for visualization of the genital structures in a non-invasive way. The external and internal morphology of the new species is compared to that of the extant related species.Putative evolutionary relationship between Tafforeus and the genus Cainosternum Notman, 1921, and their placement in the tribe Pseudoliodini are discussed.

AbstractTwo new species and one new genus are described and placed within the Tribe Tachyini. A discussion of hypothetical relationships is given for these species. And, a synonymy among names applied to extant groups of tachyines is pointed out and corrected.
