Scientific decision support system of marine environmental management in China’s Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea based on cloud computing mode

With the rapid development of logistics enterprises, personnel decision management of logistics enterprise is highly valued by the relevant institutions and enterprises. How to correctly understand the core function of logistics enterprises, mining and build the core talent decision support system is one of the topics in this field to be solved. Firstly, based on the talent incentive model, we analyze the talent incentive process of logistics enterprise, and based on the characteristics of cloud database we construct personnel decision support system of logistics enterprise. In order to verify the practicality of the system, we use computer simulation to simulate the system. The results show that the system has practical strong, and ability of scientific decision-making is better.

An Environmental Decision Support System (EDSS) can be used as an important tool for rehabilitation and preservation of ecosystems. Nonetheless, high assimilation costs (both money and time) are one of the main reasons that these tools are not widely adapted in practice. This work presents a low-cost paradigm of "EDSS as a Service", this paradigm is demonstrated for developing Water Quality EDSS as a Service that utilizes the well-known CE-QUAL-W2 model as a kernel for deriving optimized decisions. The paradigm is leveraging new open-source technologies in software development (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm) with cloud computing in order to significantly reduce assimilation costs of the EDSS for organizations and researchers working on rehabilitation and preservation of water bodies.
