With the development of urbanization, the application of GIS technology is more and more extensive. This study mainly discusses the development of urban planning intelligent management information system based on GIS. To design and build a rule-detailed spatial data model, provide the physical model and the data model corresponding to the logical layer from top to bottom in all steps, based on the attribute information stored in the Geodatabase model. According to the parameters set, connect to the database through the Oracle Connection class. The defined query criteria are converted into SQL statements that are executed using the Oracle Command class. Multi-source data integration middleware integrates various data formats with a GIS software format conversion tool or direct reading tool and then uses the geometric encoding semantics of data dictionary to represent the integrated data of system data model after merging. Property queries use the interactive search function for properties and spatial information to query the land use index for a particular area of the chart. If there is a scene roaming request from the input device, the 3D scene needs to be adjusted according to the input. Display the scene effects of a 3D virtual demonstration on a computer monitor. Start the GIS management operation function to deal with the case, and realize the user’s management of the urban planning system function with the concept of stratification. Fuzzy recognition mode is applied to identify the degree of the environmental impact of eco-city planning. The impact of urban planning on the environment is H ≈ 0.11 (0.1 <  H <  1), which meets the expected standard. The results show that the system demand evaluation designed in this study is good, and the overall operation of the system is relatively stable, which plays a promoting role in urban planning.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact and the electronic service quality of the national zakat management information system (SIMBA) on the national zakat collection. This paper uses a multiple regression analysis in its explorative attempt to illustrate the impact of SIMBA implementation on the national zakat collection. It shows that SIMBA is positive and significantly impact the national zakat collection as well as the human development index that is used as a proxy for the human resource management quality of zakat institutions in the respective city. Nonetheless, the population is negative and significant to the zakat collection as endemic poverty and reluctance to pay zakat are indicated as the reasons. Moreover, this study has succeeded in adapting and conducting e-service quality survey to zakat information system realm. All the tests prove that the instrument in this study has a high degree of reliability and validity. The results show that some of the demographic factors significantly impact the perceived performance of SIMBA. Multiple regression analysis that is conducted in this study shows that e-service quality dimension is positive and significant towards SIMBA’ overall quality, perceived value, and loyalty intention. This study contributes to the zakat management system literature, especially in the impact of the national zakat information system, which is pivotal in enhancing zakat collection and poverty alleviation program funded by zakat.

Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

The study emphasizes the importance of Management information systems (MIS) for corporate performance. Prior studies have been reviewed to substantiate theories that explain how Management information systems (MIS) affect corporate performance. Management information system (MIS) is providing information that relates to possible future events, efficiency, output rates, information on the effect of various events, that relate to the impact that the employees’ decision has on the performance of other departments. Furthermore, greater management information system capability leads to a higher degree of strategic performance. These and many other factors are suggested to be critical features of MIS that have a direct impact on financial and strategic performance of companies.
