In this paper, we expand the Muirhead mean (MM) operator and dual Muirhead mean (DMM) operator with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs) to propose the interval -valued intuitionistic fuzzy Muirhead mean (IVIFMM) operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Muirhead mean (IVIFWMM) operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy dual Muirhead mean (IVIFDMM) operator and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted dual Muirhead mean (IVIFWDMM) operator. Then the MADM methods are proposed with these operators. In the end, we utilize an applicable example for green supplier selection in green supply chain management to prove the proposed methods.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making problems where the attribute values are expressed in intuitionistic fuzzy numbers or interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. We introduce some notions, such as intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point, the modules of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. We also introduce the cosine of the included angle between the attribute value vectors of each alternative and the intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point, and the cosine of the included angle between the attribute value vectors of each alternative and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point. Then we establish two projection models to measure the similarity degrees between each alternative and the intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point, and between each alternative and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point. Based on the projection models, we can rank the given alternatives and then select the most desirable one. Finally, we illustrate the developed projection models with a numerical example.

In this paper, some new operators for aggregating interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information are proposed to deal with multiple attribute decision making problems. Firstly, the C-IFOWA operator and C-IFOWG operator are developed to aggregate all the values in the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Some of their desirable properties are also studied. Secondly, in order to aggregate a set of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, some new aggregation operators are proposed based on the C-IFOWA operator and C-IFOWG operator. Thirdly, two methods for multiple attribute decision making, in which the attribute values are given in the forms of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are presented. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the practicality and validity of the proposed methods.

In this paper, we expand the Hamy mean (HM) operator and Dombi operations with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs) to propose the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFDHM) operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFWDHM) operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy dual Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFDDHM) operator, and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted dual Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFWDDHM) operator. Then the MADM models are designed with IVIFWDHM and IVIFWDDHM operators. Finally, we gave an example for evaluating the elderly tourism service quality in tourism destination to show the proposed models.

At present, the utilization of hesitation information of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is insufficient in many methods which were proposed to solve the intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making problems. And also there exist some flaws in the intuitionistic fuzzy weight vector constructions in many research papers. In order to solve these insufficiencies, this paper defined three construction equations of weight vectors based on the risk preferences of decision-makers. Then we developed an intuitionistic fuzzy dependent hybrid weighted operator (IFDHW) and proposed an intuitionistic fuzzy multiattribute decision-making method. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified by a robot manufacturing investment example.

Supplier selection is a fundamental issue of supply chain area that heavily contributes to the overall supply chain performance, and, also, it is a hard problem since supplier selection is typically a multicriteria group decision problem. In many practical situations, there usually exists incomplete and uncertain, and the decision makers cannot easily express their judgments on the candidates with exact and crisp values. Therefore, in this paper an extended technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method for group decision making with Atanassov's interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is proposed to solve the supplier selection problem under incomplete and uncertain information environment. In other researches in this area, the weights of each decision maker and in many of them the weights of criteria are predetermined, but these weights have been calculated in this paper by using the decision matrix of each decision maker. Also, the normalized Hamming distance is proposed to calculate the distance between Atanassov's interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Finally, a numerical example for supplier selection is given to clarify the main results developed in this paper.

This paper investigates an approach for multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs). To do that, the nonlinear score, accuracy and hesitation functions of IVIFNs are developed based on the normal distribution. The novelty of these nonlinear functions is that they have an additional variance value, which can have more information to rank IVIFNs than Xu and Chen’s score function and Ye’s accuracy function. Based on these nonlinear functions, a ranking method for IVIFNs is proposed. Furthermore, a nonlinearly optimized model is proposed to obtain attribute weights by integrating these nonlinear functions. Then, we develop an approach for interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy MADM programs in which two cases are considered: the attribute weight information is known and particularly known. In the end, we apply the proposed approach to select green supplier.
