The purpose of this study is to create a methodology for assessing the risks arising from climatic tests of radio-electronic equipment. The article considers the effect of additional misalignment of transmission lines arising under conditions of temperature inhomogeneities on the increase in consumer and producer risks. A method of selecting a protective measuring band is proposed to minimize the probability of false acceptance and rejection of the tested devices. The results obtained make it possible to determine the optimal, from the point of view of the risks of the consumer and the manufacturer, the coefficient of the protective band of radio engineering measurement.

Modern radio-electronic systems (RES) of weapons and military equipment (WME) are more functionally and structurally sophisticated that results in high requirements for their effective operation organisation. Insufficient level of technical knowledge among RES WME operational and maintenance personnel often results in increase of operability restoration period of these items in case of failures. This, in its turn, results in decrease of the readiness level of the RES WME pieces. In order to reduce duration of the RES WME restoring repair in case of failures, methods and tools of the auto-mated informational support of the operational and maintenance personnel activities related to the WME operation and restoring repair are developed. This article is devoted to development of a model of the automated informational support of the personnel activities in order to find rational options of the RES WME maintenance and repair organisation. The study results related to feasibility evaluation and development of the automated technical operation system model for the radio-electronic equipment incorporated in the AD WME are provided.

Optimization of restoration paths of power system after blackout is a multi-stage, multi-target, multi-variable combinatorial problem in the power system restoration. This paper presents a reasonable model and effectually method. The proposed model is considered as a typical partial minimum spanning tree problem from the mathematical point of view which considering all kinds of constraints. Improved data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used to get the weight which considering line charging reactive power, weather conditions, operation time and betweenness of transmission lines. The improved genetic algorithm method is employed to solve this problem. Finally, an example is given which proves the strategy of the line restoration can effectively handle the uncertainty of the system recovery process, to guarantee the system successfully restored after the catastrophic accidents.
