PRIVATE CLOUD STORAGE IN RURAL'S MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION SYSTEM USING ROADMAP FOR CLOUD COMPUTING ADOPTION (ROCCA)

 The draft Management Policy and Rural Information system are all articles with several articles governing all information security. In concerning Business Continuity Management it is written "The information system and security work unit backs up data periodically, to safer backing up data using Cloud computing facilities." Cloud computing has advantages as file management. Private cloud storage is a form of cloud computing that is intended for limited use in certain circles and one of its functions is used for backing up data or file management. On the other hand, there is software that can be used to implement private cloud storage, namely Owncloud. To run the Rural Information Security Policy Draft article on Business Continuity Management and for the provision of data centers, a study was conducted to implement private cloud storage using Owncloud. The method used in this study is the Roadmap for Cloud computing Adoption (ROCCA) with five stages, namely the stages of analysis, design, adoption, migration, and management. The results of this research are private cloud storage using Owncloud as a medium for storing, securing, and sharing files that are flexible and highly scalable that can be accessed via the internet by users.

In cloud computing disseminated assets are shared by means of system in open condition. Subsequently client can without much of a stretch access their information from anyplace. Simultaneously exist protection and security problems because of numerous causes. Initial one is emotional improvement in system advances. Another is expanded interest for computing assets, which make numerous associations to reappropriate their information stockpiling. So there is a requirement for secure cloud stockpiling administration in open cloud condition where the supplier isn't a confided in one. Our research tends to various information security and protection assurance problems in a cloud computing condition and suggests a technique for giving diverse security administrations like validation, approval and classification alongside checking in postponement. 128 piece Advanced Cryptograph Standard (AES) is utilized to increment information security and classification. In this supported methodology information is encoded utilizing AES and afterward transferred on a cloud. The supported model uses Short Message Service (SMS) ready instrument with keeping away from unapproved access to client information.

Sebagai pemopang organisasi, system IT kadang berjalan dengan baik, terkadang menemui banyak kendala, baik yang ringan atau pun yang bisa mengancam kestabilan kampus, contohnya seperti aliran listrik padam, kerusakan komponen server, cyberattack, kebakaran, gempa bumi, kebocoran ruangan server, suhu terlalu panas tidak sedikit dari personal maupun kampus yang gulung tikar dikarenakan tidak memiliki sistem yang kuat dalam menanggulangi ancaman, bencana terhadap bisnisnya. Saat ini Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kesatuan sedang menerapkan Business Continuity Management yang sesuai dengan SNI ISO 22301:2020.  Sistem Evaluasi Kesiapan Internal Audit Penerapan Business Continuity Management yang meliputi konteks organisasi, kepemimpinan, perencanaan, dukungan, operasi, kinerja dan evaluasi dan improvisasi.   Kata Kunci : Business Continuity Management, Cloud Computing, Keamanan Informasi, IT Infrastruktur, SNI ISO 22301:2020, disaster recovery plan, sistem evaluasi

Data dan informasi merupakan hal yang penting dan berharga dalam suatu lembaga atau instansi, oleh karena itu data sangat penting untuk menjaga dan mengelola data dengan baik, apalagi di instansi atau perusahaan yang sedang dalam tahap perkembangan, tentunya hal tersebut perlu dilakukan. Peran private cloud storage merupakan layanan yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan mempercepat akses data. Pada penelitian ini digunakan OwnCloud sebagai sharing data gratis dan menyediakan pengamanan yang baik, paltform virtualisasi Proxmox sebagai pelayanan Infrastructure-As-A-Service (IAAS) Cloud Computing yang dapat menyediakan sebuah infrastructure Paltform yang bersifat opensource dan Redundant Array of Independent Disk (RAID) untuk menambah kapasistas disk dan mempercepat pengaksesan data. Dengan diterapkannya Redundant Array of Independent Disk (RAID) pada Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) didapatkan hasil maksimum pada penggunaan sisi Ethernet0 90.75 Mbps, Memory terpakai 9.65%, dan pada CPU loading hingga 36% saat upload data File 559MB dengan 11 user secara hampir bersamaan. Cloud computing is not associated with a specific technology, instead it as an alternative method to deliver technology as a service. This article investigates current cloud computing adoption in the United States (USA) and United Kingdom (UK) hedge fund industry. Hedge fund technologists, prime service consultants, technology service providers, industry application vendors, investors and an independent information security consultant participated were surveyed for this article. The article acknowledges the growth of cloud computing in the hedge fund sector. This research work also highlights that the private cloud definition is vague and requires further classification, elaborating on the variants of private cloud. This is important as the variants of private cloud computing offer varying benefits and risk which the hedge fund sector has proven to be sensitive. Equally, this article argues that some of the current security concerns are over-stated and perhaps reflect a conservative decision making framework rather than a realistic consideration of the options.

Objective Health care organizations require cloud computing to remain efficient and cost-effective, and provide high-quality health care services. Adoption of this technology by users plays a critical role in the success of its application. This study aimed to determine factors affecting cloud computing adoption in public hospitals affiliated with Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. Methods A cross-sectional descriptive and analytic study was performed in 2017. The study population comprised information technology and hospital information system authorities and hospital information system users. The sample consisted of 573 participants. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences software using descriptive and analytical statistics. Results The mean score of environmental, human, organizational, technological, and intention dimensions of cloud computing adoption was 3.39 ± 0.81, 3.27 ± 0.63, 3.19 ± 0.71, 3 ± 0.43, and 3.55 ± 1.10, respectively. Furthermore, a significant positive relationship was found between intention of cloud computing adoption and environmental ( R = 0.521, p = 0.000), organizational ( R = 0.426, p = 0.000), human ( R = 0.492, p = 0.000), and technological dimensions ( R = 0.157, p = 0.000). Conclusions Benefits of cloud computing adoption, relative advantage, and competitive pressure were identified as the most influential factors in accepting cloud computing. Simplifying the users’ understanding of this technology and its application, improving the staff's technical capabilities, promoting executive managers’ understanding of the nature and functions of cloud computing, and fully supporting and increasing governmental mandates for adoption of new technologies are necessary for facilitating the adoption of cloud computing in given hospitals.
