It is different from the situation that people have just experienced normal information from general websites. Users of an educational web application for teaching as faculty and students need more communication with each other. That means they desperately need to communicate with mediators like computers and other resources. Therefore, research conducted on the design of human computers takes a huge amount of value. In this paper, a user model of Educational Web Application is concluded. The Web Application includes that Facial Recognition for login, attendance and to see the student’s behavior in the classroom by continuous monitoring. Knowledge trees and tests are designed for better understanding and to improve yourself in particular or all subjects. The aim of the paper is to develop a system to manage and maintain sentiments and detecting student’s behavior by humancomputer interaction. We propose a software framework to monitor boundaries, analyze them and support users to see how they interact in conversations or lectures and manage their emotions.

Sustainable economic growth requires a system for forecasting the in-demand skills and competencies. The existing methods of analysis and forecasting of the labor market use truncated databases based on surveys of employers or registered vacancies on the state portal, which do provide reliable forecasts of the required competencies for the education system to ensure their timely formation. It is also impossible to analyze the need in terms of competencies, and not the number of employees. Therefore, a more reliable source of data is the analysis of vacancies and resumes collected by scraping from online job portals, which allows you to analyze vacancies and resumes in the context of the described competencies, and develop a forecast of their dynamics. The article presents an algorithm for using artificial intelligence in the analysis and forecasting of skills and competencies in demand, the advantages of which lie not only in the volume and speed of the processed information, but also in ensuring the quality and comparability of data.

We observe situation in which human computation processes leverage the abilities of people via the Web to perform complex computation. In this context human intelligence is harnessed to solve computational problems that are beyond the scope of existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms. The aim of this paper is to achieve an in-depth understanding of the influence of crowdfunding business process into Artificial Intelligence and what kind of computational problems can be efficiently answered using human computation. Wisdom of crowd has been applied successfully to a range of tasks, from translating text and marking images, collecting information to building large databases and to solve problems that are difficult for machines to solve. Presented hybrid solutions will be considered as optimization- leveraging machine intelligence to help improve the accuracy and efficiency of algorithms.

Energy consumption is one factor of risk in the medium term around of the world, that can be minimized by efficient use of electrical devices include its disconnection after use. This article presents a system focused on smart homes, where the concepts of Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence are applied in the designing of a system that allows a user from a web application to disconnect and connect an electrical network in a node. From the power of the device, time of use and consumption of this, an artificial neural network was designed and trained with the backpropagation algorithm, to discriminate between seven categories (fridge, TV, iron, dryer, lamp, computer and washing machine). A percentage of accuracy of 98.914% was obtained in the training of the network and, thanks to the feedback of the user in the web application, 99.369 and 99.174% were obtained in two cases of retraining of the network.

A Huge amount of data is manipulated by using the web application, Facebook, Twitter, social sites etc. Most of the data are unstructured data. It is not desirable for storing, performing and analyzing data in the relational database for huge data. It affords way towards performing NoSQL database and uses fully for handling the big data. In this paper, we present the performance in store and query operation in NoSQL database, estimating the performance of both reads and write operation using simple and complex queries. Result represents that comparing Cassandra with relation database, Cassandra outperforms the relation database. Most of the organization used only Hbase and Cassandra for benefit of cost. Comparison Various NoSQL Database, issues while performing NoSQL database.

It is shown that the application of the Internet technologies is relevant in the selection of crop production technologies and the formation of a rational composition of the machine-and-tractor fl eet taking into account the conditions and production resources of a particular agricultural enterprise. The work gives a short description of the web applications, namely “ExactFarming”, “Agrivi” and “AgCommand” that provide a possibility to select technologies and technical means of soil treatment, and their functions. “ExactFarming” allows to collect and store information about temperature, precipitation and weather forecast in certain areas, keep records of information about crops and make technological maps using expert templates. “Agrivi” allows to store and provide access to weather information in the fi elds with certain crops. It has algorithms to detect and make warnings about risks related to diseases and pests, as well as provides economic calculations of crop profi tability and crop planning. “AgCommand” allows to track the position of machinery and equipment in the fi elds and provides data on the weather situation in order to plan the use of agricultural machinery in the fi elds. The web applications presented hereabove do not show relation between the technologies applied and agro-climatic features of the farm location zone. They do not take into account the phytosanitary conditions in the previous years, or the relief and contour of the fi elds while drawing up technological maps or selecting the machine-and-tractor fl eet. Siberian Physical-Technical Institute of Agrarian Problems of Siberian Federal Scientifi c Center of AgroBioTechnologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences developed a software complex PIKAT for supporting machine agrotechnologies for production of spring wheat grain at an agricultural enterprise, on the basis of which there is a plan to develop a web application that will consider all the main factors limiting the yield of cultivated crops.

The idea of artificial intelligence implies the existence of a form of intelligence that is “natural,” or at least not artificial. The problem is that intelligence, whether “natural” or “artificial,” is not well defined: it is hard to say what, exactly, is or constitutes intelligence. This difficulty makes it impossible to measure human intelligence against artificial intelligence on a unique scale. It does not, however, prevent us from comparing them; rather, it changes the sense and meaning of such comparisons. Comparing artificial intelligence with human intelligence could allow us to understand both forms better. This paper thus aims to compare and distinguish these two forms of intelligence, focusing on three issues: forms of embodiment, autonomy and judgment. Doing so, I argue, should enable us to have a better view of the promises and limitations of present-day artificial intelligence, along with its benefits and dangers and the place we should make for it in our culture and society.
