Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are playing a major role in addressing and understanding better the COVID-19 crisis in recent days. These technologies are simulating human intelligence into the machines and consume large amounts of data for identifying and understanding the patterns and insights quickly than a human and preparing us with new kinds of technologies for preventing and fighting with COVID-19 and other pandemics. It helps a lot to notice the people who got infected by the virus and to forecast the infection rate in the upcoming days with the earlier data. Healthcare and medical sectors are in requirement of advanced technologies for taking accurate decision to manage this virus spread. AI-enabled technologies are working in a talented way to do things intelligently like human intelligence. Thus, the AI-enabled technologies are employed for attaining accurate health results by examining, forecasting, and checking present infected and possibly future cases.

The word crowdsourcing, a compound contraction of crowd and outsourcing, was introduced by Jeff Howe in order to define outsourcing to the crowd. It is a sourcing model in which individuals or organizations obtain goods and services. These services include ideas and development of software or hardware, or any other business-task from a large, relatively open and often rapidly-evolving group of internet users; it divides work between participants to achieve a cumulative result. It has been used for completing various human intelligence tasks in the past, and this is an emerging form of outsourcing software development as it has the potential to significantly reduce the implementation cost. This chapter analyses the process of software development at a crowdsourced platform. The work analyses and identifies the phase wise deliverables in a competitive software development problem. It also proposes the use of Markov decision theory to model the dynamics of the development processes of a software by using a simulated example.

The use of technology has always provided competitive advantage to organizations. The current approach of adapting a new technology is the long-term planning. AI has become a new paradigm of enhancing organizational capabilities. AI is not a substitute of human intelligence but a strong support in terms of process automation. Apart from this, the decision-making process also gets streamlined. The success of business is when the customer is happy. To create and retain customer loyalty, effective CRM is required. The current chapter focuses on adoption of AI for efficient CRM and the factors for its successful implementation.

This chapter draws philosophical and ethical attention to the procedures for enhancing and reshaping of the human body and mind whose aim is not to heal but to increase functions and capabilities of the healthy body and mind and establishing life on a new non-biological basis. Completely enhancing cyborgization of social relations and the entire historical reality of scientific humanism and the domination of artificial intelligence over human intelligence will not be in the function of preservation of life of man but establishing partially or completely artificial beings which will not need their biological father.

The so-called “singularity” postulates that artificial intelligence technology (AI) will soon outdistance human intelligence and commandeer (Terminator-like) planetary authority from humanity. It may be stipulated that this science fiction scenario is already becoming a science-reality. However, an alternative to the threatening brain-based technological singularity is not being considered. The potential for creating a positive non-dual reality with “coherent heart entrainment” is the desirable alternative, and this alternative “heart-based coherency” can begin with healing the media-sphere. The technological singularity—perhaps the salient issue facing “healing” of the global media-sphere—is a hypothetical point in time (very soon) at which technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization.

The qur 'an and the hadith as the basis of islamic teaching, not only set the affairs of the urighteous alone, but also contain passages relating to science and technology (iptek). Many verses both the qur 'an and the hadith signal about science such as biology, history, astronomy, and much more. Science is one of the main content of the holy scriptures of the qur 'an. Even the word 'ilm itself is called in the qur 'an 105 times, but in the sense that it has been called over 744 times that is indeed one of the needs of Islam. This word science is used in the sense of the process of attainment of knowledge. Intact study requires the use of scientific, philosophical, humanities, historically, sociological, and doctrinal methods. Learning the qur 'an in order to discover values that are able to bend lil alaamin requires a highly intelligent role but must be remembered that human intelligence contains limitations. Therefore, to feel the content of the qur 'an intact and thoroughly requires theological, philosophical, scientific, and sensory thinking. This requirement was necessary because not all problems were solved or resolved merely by philosophical thought but required other methods that could be used together.

The aim of the paper is to highlight certain aspects of the semantic profile of the concept of "intelligence" through a model called "communication octagon", focusing on the theory of dynamics of communication links, and to analyze the interaction between the intelligent system and the social environment. The focus of interest in the study is human intelligence, based on individual biological differences, which can be modified as a result of construction and transmission of knowledge, mutual emotional transfer, making cognitive requirements (directed inwards and outwards, towards the environment), and as a result of dynamic social interactions.
