With vast literature available, treatment of choice for an aggressive benign tumour still remains a dilemma for an operating surgeon. Treatment modality depends on various factors such as site, age, associated co-morbidities etc. In this article, management of aggressive benign tumour which showed recurrence within 6-8 months following conservative management is presented. Key words Ameloblastoma – Recurrence – Locally aggressive – Radical management- Hemimandibulectomy

This case report describes a conservative technique of managing a case of complicated crown fracture by performing partial pulpotomy with biodentine followed by fracture segment reattachment. Key words: Complicated crown fracture, Partial pulpotomy, Fractured segment reattachment.

Ameloblastoma is a rare benign tumor of odontogenic origin with local invasive characteristics and a high recurrence rate. Depending upon the location, size and the subtype of Ameloblastoma, surgical treatments, such as marginal or segmental resection, have traditionally been implemented, but some conservative surgical methods are also being introduced, including decompression, enucleation, or curettage. We are presenting a case of 35 years male with Ameloblastoma of his right body of the mandible. Presentation of the case, Surgical workup, and management are discussed.

Bilateral testicular torsion is a rare condition. We report a case of a male newborn with bilateral enlarged and firm testes. Color-Doppler revealed no evidence of vascular flow in both testes. Although intraoperative findings were in favor of bilateral infarcted and gangrenous testes, the patient underwent bilateral orchiopexy after conferring with his parents. At sixmonth follow-up, both testicles were atrophic. Management of bilateral neonatal testicular torsion is controversial and includes conservative management, orchiopexy, and orchiectomy. The possibility of salvaging testis in neonatal testicular torsion is very low in each treatment modality.

Ectodermal dysplasia is a heterogeneous group of inherited disorder affecting two or more ectodermally derived tissues such as skin, hair, nails, eccrine glands and teeth. The disorder is of two types: Hypohydrotic ectodermal dysplasia/Christ seimens –Touraine syndrome and Hydrotic ectodermal dysplasia/clousten syndrome. Commonly associated signs include hypohidrosis, anomalous dentition, onychodysplasia, hypotrichosis. Multidisciplinary approaches are required for optimal treatment3. Here, we present two cases of 19 and 13 year old male siblings who were diagnosed with the disorder based upon their clinical features. Key Words: ectodermal dysplasia, hypodontia; anomalous dentition.

Background: Hemolymphangioma is a rare benign tumor. To the best of our knowledge, there were only 10 reports of this tumor of the pancreas until March 2018. Case Report: Here, we reported a large invasive hemolymphangioma of the pancreas in a young woman with a complaint of abdominal distension and an epigastric mass about 3 weeks. She was found to have a huge multilocular cystic tumor at the neck and body of pancreas on computed tomography. She was eventually diagnosed with hemolymphangioma of the pancreas after operation. After 2 years of follow-up, there was no signs of recurrence. Conclusion: From our case and literature, we can conclude that hemolymphangioma of the pancreas is uncommon benign tumor, and it is hard to make an accurate diagnosis preoperatively. Radical surgical resection should be performed whenever possible. The prognosis of this disease seems good.

Testicular fibroma of gonadal stromal origin is a rare benign tumor of testis, which usually presents as a slow growing testicular mass. Intratesticular fibroma of gonadal stromal origin, with or without minor sex cord elements, must be considered, analogous to similar tumors in ovary, as a benign tumor. Until now, only 25 cases of testicular fibroma have been reported in the literature. We reported a case of testicular fibroma in a 20 years male who presented with painless right testicular enlargement since two years. Ultrasonography (USG) showed heterogeneous mass in right scrotum suggestive of testicular malignancy. Right orchidectomy was done. Histopathological diagnosis was testicular fibroma, which was confirmed by immunohistochemistry.
