With the large number of distributed generation (DG) access to the distribution network, the traditional distribution network with a single-supply radial structure has been transformed into an active distribution system (ADS) with source and bidirectional currents. This transformation makes the calculation of the power supply capacity (PSC) of the ADS face new challenges, and the uncertainty of the DG output increases the difficulty in calculating the PSC. At the same time, the power market transaction check needs to meet the safety constraints of the distribution network operation, and is required to know the PSC information of the ADS more quickly and accurately. Therefore, in order to quickly evaluate the PSC of the ADS, this paper proposes a fast evaluation method of the PSC based on the DG output rolling prediction and the information gap decision theory (IGDT). The method first establishes a rolling prediction model of the DG output, and calculates the PSC of the ADS at the corresponding time. Next, it establishes a risk avoidance model (RAM) and a risk speculation model (RSM) for the PSC of the ADS based on the IGDT. These models further calculate the probability of the range of the PSC at the corresponding time, so as to better evaluate the PSC of the ADS. Finally, the improved IEEE-14 node is used to verify that the model can consider the influence of the DG output uncertainty and quickly calculate the information of PSC.

Research on reliability of distribution network has very important meaning and function to ensure the quality of power supply. This paper introduces some basic concepts of reliability in distribution network, including distribution network reliability definition, task and index. The classical reliability evaluation method was reviewed, and focused on specific distribution network, an example analysis was given, and specific reliability evaluation indexes were calculated. Finally, the future development of distribution network reliability evaluation was made a simple prospect.

In order to study the influence of distributed power access on the security state of distribution network, a comprehensive evaluation method for the security state of distribution network including distributed power access was proposed.Based on the output model and load model of photovoltaic power supply, the security situation assessment index system of distributed power supply access distribution network is established. Then combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method, the composite weight of each index is obtained, and the combined weight is optimized based on chi-square distance. Finally, the evaluation method based on ER algorithm (Evidential Reasoning) is proposed. Simulation results verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.

The plan for power supply and distribution system in the Chemical Industry Park is complex. The evaluation method must be easy and truly show the site conditions in order to maintain the proper function of the system. Thus the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was chosen and applied in this paper. As for the weight calculation, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to compute the subjective weight; on the purpose of avoiding strong effect of subjective factors, the standard deviation for each index was calculated, and then the subjective weight was integrated to build the subjective and objective comprehensive weight model. Lastly fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied into the model for assessing the power supply and distribution system in the Chemical Industry Park.

To analyze the influence of distribution network with grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) generation on the power supply reliability, in this paper it firstly regards interconnected PV generation as an equivalent generator with rated capacity as well as the island operation mode of PV to set up a model for reliability calculation and analysis. Based on the network equivalent method, the structure of distribution system with PV is simplified and then the reliability indexes of distribution system are worked out based on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). At last, a comparative calculation between the distribution network with incorporated PV generations and that without PV generations is made. After analyzing a real example, the results suggest that integrating PV power generations reasonably into the distribution network can enhance the reliability of whole distribution system.
