Abstract AISI 1015 is a low-carbon steel used in the annealed, cold-worked, hot-rolled or normalized condition for general purpose construction and engineering. It is also used for case-hardened components. It combines good machinability, good workability and good weldability. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: CS-48. Producer or source: Carbon steel mills.

The austenite steel after rolling was radiated by the alternating magnetism, and the effects that alternating magnetic on the austenite transition was studied. The result shows that the alternating magnetism promotes the austenitic grain growth of low carbon steel. If the magnetic field intensity is increased, it could provide better performance of raw materials to cold rolling processing.

Low-alloy steel coupled steel bars is formed to ladder-framework by two parallel cold-drawn that’s they are longitudinal reinforcement wedding with short and band cold-drawn that’s low-carbon steel are transverse reinforcement. In this paper, study on its mechanical and technology properties. So, get suggestion model calculating formulas of crack width and stiffness are presented. The advantages of cooperating between coupled steel bars and concrete have been primarily accepted.
