Fuzzy knowledge-based systems are successfully applied in several areas to classify and modelling the knowledge base using fuzzy If then rules. In recent era, taking the loan from banking system is highly practiced and the finding the eligible person to grant the credit is challenging task. In this context, this article designed a fuzzy knowledge base system and defined eight rules for credit allocation system and implemented on two different dataset German credit allocation system and Australian credit allocation system. These data are downloaded from well-known machine learning repository UCI. To classify the credit allocation data, fuzzy decision tree and Wang and Mendel model has been used. To estimate the performance of the proposed method for credit allocation system the accuracy and the interpretability is used. The experimental analysis highlight that the Wand and Mendel model gives higher accuracy i.e. 99.9% and the interpretability of the proposed model is very less or negligible

Integrated method for constructing proactive trouble prevention knowledge base has been studied before starting the practical system development towards various application areas of knowledge base system for failure modes and effect analysis (FMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and so forth. In this paper, basic ideas of configuring the structured knowledge based systemization to be used for such purpose are summarized with the following order: (i) Effective re-use of various trouble information, (ii) Method of structuralizing trouble knowledge, (iii) Knowledge on trouble prediction and proactive prevention, (iv) Description of energy, mass and information flow by multilevel flow model, and (v) Method of knowledge base systemization.

The representation method of rolling bearings knowledge and general structure of knowledge base system are put forward by researching on the knowledge characteristics of rolling bearings fields. A knowledge base system of rolling bearings that is propitious to the knowledge’s acquirement, abstraction, storage, share, application and innovation is built by combining with the technology of knowledge based engineering and expert system, which provides support for intelligent design of rolling bearings.
