The film space is the image of social life represented on the screen, which determines that the form of the film and television picture is a plane model, and it can only use a two-dimensional plane space to express an objective scene with a three-dimensional space. In order to improve the effects of special effects processing in movies, this paper applies computer imaging technology to the processing of movie characteristics. When performing specific scene simulations, the specific structure of each computer imaging particle system is derived on the basis of the general structure of the computer imaging particle system. In addition, this paper combines the improved algorithm to carry out several case analyses, and the reliability of this method is verified through simulation experiments, which promotes the application and promotion of computer imaging technology in movie special effects processing.

Abstract The AAA+ ATPase Drg1 is a ribosome assembly factor in yeast, and functions to release Rlp24, another assembly factor, from the pre-60S particle just exported from nucleus to initiate its further cytoplasmic maturation. Being a type II AAA+ protein with two ATPase domains (D1 and D2), its activity in ribosome assembly can be inhibited by a drug molecule diazaborine. In human, mutations of Drg1 homologue has been linked to a disease condition called epilepsy, hearing loss, and mental retardation syndrome. Although the general structure of Drg1 hexamer was recently reported, its complete structure and dynamic conformational rearrangements driven by ATP-hydrolysis are poorly understood. Here, we report a comprehensive structural characterization of Drg1 hexamers in different nucleotide-binding and benzo-diazaborine treated states. Our data show that Drg1 hexamers transits between two extreme conformations, characterized by a planar or helical arrangement of its six protomers. By forming covalent adducts with the ATP molecules in the active centers of both D1 and D2, benzo-diazaborine locks Drg1 hexamers in a more symmetric and non-productive conformation. In addition, we obtained the structure of a mutant Drg1 hexamer (Walker B mutations) with a polypeptide trapped in the central channel, representing a 3D snapshot of its functional, substrate-processing form. Conserved pore loops on the ATPase domains of Drg1 form a spiral staircase to interact with the substrate through a sequence-independent manner. These results suggest that Drg1, similar as Cdc48/p97, acts as a molecular unfoldase to remodel pre-60S particles, and benzo-diazaborine inhibits both the inter-protomer and inter-ring communication to disable the conformational cycling of Drg1 protomers required for the unfolding activity.

Abstract. This research reported study about analysis minimal exchange structures and general exchange structure in English classroom interaction found in you tube, (from mujikuy channel : asking and giving information about berbasis ganre in x class). This study direct to analysis the element of minimal exchange structures and general exchanges structures in English classroom interaction find in you tube. The data is the clauses obtained from conversation among teacher and students of X grade during English classroom learning process that find in you tube from (Mujikuy channel : asking and giving information about berbasis ganre in x class). This study uses theory of Halliday (1994) by qualitative descriptive method. The result shows that there are three (3) types of act as the element of exchange structures: Initiating, Responding, and Following-Up (I-R-F). Minimal exchange structure consists of: Initiating-Responding (I-R) or Initiating-Responding-Following Up (I-R-F). General structure of exchange in classroom situation consists of: greeting, giving order, giving information, asking question, and closing. In the learning process, things do not always go well. When the learning process students sometimes do not respond to conversations or instructions given by the teacher. Therefore teachers must take initiatives such as providing information, asking questions, and giving instructions. So that the learning process becomes more efficient. This study shows that the teacher has the authority to regulate learning activities

The article serves as a historical-philosophical introduction to the Russian translation of the Latin text of the 11th question of the metaphysical treatise of Peter Thomae, OFM “De modis distinctionum” (written around 1325). We present therein the biography of this Franciscan theologian and philosopher from Barcelona, list and briefly characterize all his works that have come down to us (together with their respective editions). The article also shows why the metaphysical legacy of this early follower of John Duns Scotus is of particular importance. Then we outline and characterize the general structure of the whole treatise and of the quaestio to which the text we publish belongs. In conclusion, we describe the type of the Latin original that served as the basis for our translation, namely the collated text of three manuscripts from the 14th century and of one from the 15th century.

The relevance of scientific work lies in the need to improve existing software designed to analyze the compliance of the results of software testing ofthe stated requirements. For the implementation of this goal, neural networks can be used by quality control specialists to make decisions aboutsoftware quality, or project managers as an expert system, for one of the quality indicators for the customer. The article deals with software testingwhich is a process of validation and verification of compliance of the software application or business program with the technical requirements thatguided its design and development, and work as expected, and identifies important errors or deficiencies classified by the severity of the program to befixed. Existing systems do not provide for or have only partial integration of systems of work with the analysis of requirements, which should ensurethe formation of expert assessment and provide an opportunity to justify the quality of the software product. Thus, a data processing model based on afuzzy neural network was proposed. An approach to allow determining the compliance of the developed software with functional and non-functionalrequirements was proposed, taking into account how successfully or unsuccessfully implemented this or that requirement. The ultimate goal ofscientific work is the development of algorithmic software analysis of compliance of software testing results to stated requirements for support in thedecisions taken. The following tasks are solved in scientific work: analysis of advantages and disadvantages of using existing systems when workingwith requirements; definition of general structure and classification of testing and requirements; characteristic main features of the use of neuralnetworks; designing architecture, the module of research of conformity of results of testing software to the stated requirements.

An increasing number of individuals receive and survive intensive care treatment; however, several individuals experience problems afterward, which may threaten recovery. Grounded in a lifeworld approach, the aim of this study was to explore and describe what intensive care patients experience as limiting and strengthening throughout their illness trajectories. Ten former intensive care patients were interviewed three to eight months after hospital discharge. Using Giorgi’s phenomenological analysis, a general structure of gaining strength through a caring interaction with others was revealed. The structure consisted of three constituents: feeling safe through a caring presence, being seen and met as a unique person, and being supported to restore capacity. Being met with a humanistic approach and individualized care appeared to be important, and the findings are discussed within the framework of lifeworld-led care. To facilitate improved aftercare of the critically ill, more tailored support throughout the illness trajectory is needed.

This research sought to read the spatial patterns in the novel of Bibi Fatima and the sons of the king, where I began the research by defining my theory of the term space, as a general concept that includes several spatial patterns that form its general structure. Thereafter I reviewed the features of the general space in the novel, to clarify the particles that constitute it, and I was able to monitor seven spatial patterns that define the features of this space, namely: (1) voluntary places of residence- (2) places of forced residence – (3) public places of movement- (4) private places of movement- (5) movable places (6) religious place and (7) the symbolism of the place. The aim of the study is to reveal the aesthetics of geographical space in the novel, as a narrative element that contributed with other narrative elements in construction of the novel. In this study, I adhered to the technical- analytical approach, which enabled me to monitor the small particles that resemble the space of the novel, and then classify and display these spatial particles according to the importance of its contribution to the formation and progress of the events of the novel. Perhaps the most important findings I have reached was the clear susceptibility shown by the text on technical analysis; Due to the diversity of spatial forms that resemble its geographical space. I recommend more research that deals with other elements of narration in the novel, such as separation of research about the structure of time, or about the status of the narrator and the nature of his correlations.
