The study presents innovative method of generalizing spatial information into a single multidimensional data model technology based on multidimensional information objects (MIO). This advanced method is intended to describe various types of spatial information of general planning objects at a construction site and their generalization into a single multidimensional model of general plan data. The method was further developed on the basis of newly introduced operations on multidimensional information objects. The operations of simple and generalized change and spatial generalization make it possible to integrate heterogeneous spatial information into single information space at all organizational levels of management while maintaining its integrity. The paper considers mathematical descriptions and graphic representations of information models of various types of spatial objects of general planning based on multidimensional information objects.

The article presents the development of method of integrated spatial information processing based on multidimensional data models. Joint description of spatial data of different levels of detail (LOD) using a multidimensional model and attribute data using a relational model is difficult and requires the development of modified structures of multidimensional data models. The description of spatial and attribute data based on multidimensional information objects (MIO) is determined. It is proposed to use a new type of MIO - modified multidimensional information objects (MMIO). MIO and MMIO schemes allow describing multidimensional information objects and relationships in the form of a single multidimensional structure. On the basis of the introduced method of joint description of spatial and attributive data using extended multidimensional information objects, a multidimensional data model is built. This approach allows integrating different types of databases and contains a unified description of spatial and attribute data in the form of a multidimensional information object. The developed method is supposed to be used in BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology of computer modeling to solve general planning tasks.

The article presents information modeling different types of spatial data on the construction site. The description of spatial and attribute data based on multidimensional information objects (MIO) is determined. It is proposed to use a new type of MIO called modified multidimensional information objects (MMIO). MIO and MMIO schemes are developed for each type of master planning object in the form of one multidimensional information object. Complete descriptions of layers of point, linear and polygonal spatial objects are presented, which allows simplifying the model of the structure of existing databases of spatial information processing systems. The results of the study show that multidimensional information objects allow describing in unified mathematical form sets of various types of spatial data models. The result of modeling of general planning spatial based on multidimensional information objects corresponds the modern requirements of information modeling in construction  BIM-technology and design of master plans on the new technological level.

A multidimensional classification scheme and a semantic multidimensional accounting data model are defined in this article. Instead of accounts, multidimensional accounting uses categories of economic activity. The proposed multidimensional data model is more flexible than the traditional account model and allows you to expand the capabilities of accounting, taking into account the different needs of users of accounting information. The multidimensional data model allows you to expand the capabilities of accounting, taking into account the different needs of users of accounting information. To create a multidimensional accounting system, the categories of economic activity registered in accounting have been determined, the concept of double entry and balance in a multidimensional representation (probalance) has been formulated. The features of planning in a multidimensional accounting system have been described and the implementation of the financial results plan has been considered.
