The article contains additions to the lists of macromycetes of six protected areas of the Mountain Crimea: the Crimean National Park (formerly the Crimean Natural Reserve) - 4 species, the Yalta Mountain Forest Reserve - 20 species, Cape Martyan State Natural Reserve and the Nikitsky Botanical Gardens - three and 17 species respectively, of the Karadag scientific station named after T.I. Vyazemsky - nature reserve of the Russian Academy of Sciences (formerly the Karadag nature reserve) - 5 species, the State nature reserve of a regional significance "Mount Ayu-Dag" - two species. For 9 species this is the first or one of the first findings on the Crimean Peninsula.

The paper provides the data on aphyllophoroid fungi of the State Nature Reserve «Kurgalsky» situated in the Kingisepp District of the Leningrad Region. The list includes 285 species annotated by data on their habitats, substrates and frequency. In total 25 species protected in the Leningrad Region and 3 species protected in Russian Federation were found in the protected area. Chaetodermella luna, Phlebia subochracea and Trechispora stevensonii are published for the first time for the Leningrad Region. The specimens of selected species are kept in the Mycological Herbarium of the Komarov Botanical Institute RAS (LE).

The methodology of ecotourism potential evaluation in protected areas has been presented, the Mur-mansk region as a case study. The attractive protected areas for tourismtrade have been defined at the first stage. Among areas with the maximal scores are: National Park«Khibiny», Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden-Institute, Nature Parks «Poluostrova Rybachy i Sredny» and «Korablekk», Zakaznik «Kutsa», the Lapland State Nature Reserve and Nature Monuments «AstrophyllityGoryEveslogchorr», «Kriptogram-movoyeUshchelye», «Ushchelye Aikuaivenchorr», «Vodopad na Reke Shuoniyoki » and «Amethysts of Ship Cape». Whether it’s possibleto combine the tourism and nature conservation, we have evaluated at the next stage. National Park «Khibiny», Nature Park «Poluostrova Rybachy i Sredny», Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden-Instituteand Zakaznik «Kutsa» have got the highest scores. The recommendations for tourist trade have been offered for each group of protected areas.

Eight species classified as rare in the Magadan Province, including those located at the boundary of their natural distribution area, with a narrow ecological amplitude, require not only monitoring of the known, but also search for new populations. These species can be recommended for the inclusion in the Red List of Crop Wild Relatives of the Far East. Most successfully these species can be conserved in protected areas with a special conservation regime. Populations of three species recorded in the Magadansky State Nature Reserve (Allium ochotense Prokh., Caragana jubata (Pall.) Poir. and Oxycoccus palustris Pers.) should be monitored on a regular basis. The occurrence of Rheum compactum L. in the nature reserve needs to be confirmed. Also, Rheum compactum L. and others species not recorded in the nature reserve, i.e., Artemisia dracunculus L., Bromopsis canadensis (Michx.) Holub, Dracocephalum stellerianum F. Hiltebr. and Linum komarovii Juz., require a search for stable cenoses (and establishment of intracenotic relations) in order to justify the need in creating special nature micro-reserves, including those in other specially protected areas of the province.

As a result of determining the lichens collected in summer 2020 in the territory of the Kologriv Forest State Nature Reserve (Kostroma Region), 57 species (44 lichens, 5 non-lichenized and 8 lichenicolous fungi) new to the lichen flora of the Reserve were identified. Among them, 49 species and 17 genera (Acrocordia, Allocalicium, Acarospora, Biatoridium, Catinaria, Cryptodiscus, Didymocyrtis, Fellhanera, Inoderma, Intralichen, Lichenoconium, Melaspileella, Rebentischia, Schismatomma, Sclerococcum, Thelidium, and Tremella) are new for the Kostroma Region. Micarea melanobola is new for Russia. The genus Rebentischia with species R. massalongii as well as Ramalina vogulica are published for the first time for the European Russia. Five species: Allocalicium adaequatum, Bryoria glabra, Japewia subaurifera, Sclerococcum simplex, and Tremella hypogymniae – are reported as new records for the Middle Russia. Information on habitats, substrates and distribution in the neighboring regions is provided.

In this article is shortly described methods of study of helminth fauna of mammals in protected areas. Methods and results that kind of study are depicted by the example of researches which were carried out in the Central-Chernozem state nature reserve in Kursk oblast. These methodical recommendations intended for researchers of reserves, national parks, parasitologists, mammalogists and broad zoologists.

The paper deals with the problem of restoring rare communities of meadow steppes after plowing using the example of the Volga forest-steppe state nature reserve. The author has studied 9 uneven-age deposits in three forest-steppe protected areas: Kuncherovsky 5, Poperechensky 2 and Ostrovtsovsky 2. The study of deposits of different ages was carried out by the method of periodic large-scale geobotanical mapping using modern GIS-technologies. Maps of vegetation of different scale (1:5000, 1:10000, 1:25000) have been created. Deposits areas that adjoined to the virgin steppe were studied by a method of geobotanical profiling. At the same time, profiles (out of 1025 sample plots of 4 m in size) were laid at a distance of 10 m from each other. About 500 geobotanical descriptions were made at 9 different-age deposits at different times. Restoration of meadow steppes is impossible without the introduction of elements of anthropogenic intervention (moderate grazing and regulated haying) into the existing protection regime. Restoration of the steppes in an absolutely protected mode is possible only on the slopes of the southern exposure in forest-steppe landscapes of erosion-denudation plains (Kuncherovskaya forest-steppe).

The paper describes two records of species of the genus Pseudobaeospora Singer emend. Bas. P. pillodii (Quel.) Wasser, collected in 2009 in the Teberda State Nature Reserve, was found before in Altai [reported as P. oligophylla (Singer) Singer, the type species of the genus], as well as in the Polar Urals. P. pyrifera is new to Russia. The descriptions are illustrated by line drawings and colour photographs.
