INFLUENCE OF THE STYLE OF MANAGEMENT ON THE MENTAL BURNING OF EMPLOYEES OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES

The article is devoted to the problem of the influence of managerial style on the formation and develop-ment of mental burnout among employees of municipal services. The authors, based on the results of an empirical study, offered recommendations for the prevention of the development of this professional defor-mation.
