The article is devoted to the problem of the influence of managerial style on the formation and develop-ment of mental burnout among employees of municipal services. The authors, based on the results of an empirical study, offered recommendations for the prevention of the development of this professional defor-mation.

The article describes a method of dynamic analysis of pavement bodies of timber road Ukhta – Troitsky-Pechorsk, a forecast of full sinkage and consolidation time of the subsoil. Reinforcing gravel with geogrids increases the overall (equivalent) elastic modulus of structure for 6…15 %, reduces the magnitude of the tangential stress in the layer, underlying the geogrid by 25…80 %, increases the modulus of defor-mation with significant precipitation more than in 2 times.

The paper presents basic geoelectric models given the seismoelectric effect for application in pro-cessing algorithms of the geodynamic information. They can improve the reliability of the estimation under the control of geodynamic processes and phenomena taking place in the surface layers of the geological environment. The models under the effect of longitudinal and transverse modes of seis-mic waves on a small particle of the environment are considered. A one-dimensional model of the environment under the joint effect of the longitudinal and transverse modes of seismic waves is pre-sented. The mathematical modeling of two media under the effect of longitudinal elastic defor-mation is given. The dependences of the relative change in the transfer coefficient for two media on the electrical parameters of contrast media both resistivity and dielectric constants are discussed. Based on the results of mathematical modeling, the application of seismoelectric effect in geody-namic control systems proves to be highly efficient.

A regularization homotopy iterative method established for ill-posed nonlinear least squares problem. Two new regularization parameter selecting strategies are proposed, which are called direct search method and interval division method. The calculation results of nonlinear least squares problems show that the regularization homotopy iterative method and parameter selecting strategies proposed in this paper are correctly and applicable. And also calculation results of nonlinear adjustment of free networks with rank deficiency of Jianglong bridge pier displacement defor-mation monitoring control network show that the method not only decrease the iterative matrix con-dition number, but also make the condition number small fluctuation in full iterative process.

Abstract around 340 C K. In the second heating run (curve 2) the 420 °K peak is considerably suppressed and two well defined peaks around 340 and 360 C K appear. The peak positions on the tempe-rature scale were found to remain unchanged in the subsequent heating runs (curve 3). It is now generally accepted that the plastic defor-mation of alkali halide crystals gives rise to dislocation debris in the form of vacancy clusters and dislocation dipoles 3 ~ 5 . It is therefore presumed that the centre responsible for 420 °K glow peak is a complex formed by the association of a TI ion with a single vacancy or an aggregate of vacancies, the complex being situat-ed in the dislocation region. At the end of the first heatinig run, when the specimen is heated to around 500 °K, a change in the distribution of the dislocations would take place to lower the strain energy of the microcrystals. Such a redistribution may involve both
