Here, based on phylogenetic analyses of 18 taxa and 57 morphological characters, we propose a new firefly genus, Costalampysgen. nov., to accommodate eleven species. Five new species are herein described: C. bellasp. nov., C. capixabasp. nov., C delicatasp. nov. (designated as type species), C. joanaesp. nov. and C. minimasp. nov. In addition, six species are redescribed and transferred from other genera: C. bisbinotata (Pic) comb. nov., transferred from Platylampis Motschulsky; C. decorata (Olivier) comb. nov., transferred from Ethra Laporte; C. pauper (Olivier) comb. nov., transferred from Cladodes Solier; as well as C. klugii (Motschulsky) comb. nov., C. quadriguttata (Gorham) comb. nov., and C. tricolor (Gorham) comb. nov., transferred from Lucidota Laporte. Costalampysgen. nov. is tentatively placed in Lampyrinae, and is diagnosed by: antennae with 11 articles, III–X basally flabellate, lacking dense and upright bristles; clypeus connected to frons by membrane, pygidium rounded; sternum VIII mucronate; phallus with dorsal plate enlarged apically, projecting ventrally and partially embracing the internal sac. Our phylogenetic analyses supported both the monophyly of Costalampysgen. nov. and the new combinations proposed. However, the relationship among congeneric species was poorly resolved. Finally, we provide illustrations of diagnostic features, distribution maps, as well as a key to Costalampysgen. nov. species, based on males.

A survey of freshwater fungi on submerged wood in China and Thailand resulted in the collection of three species in Dictyocheirospora and four species in Dictyosporium including two new species in the latter genus. Morphological characters and phylogenetic analyses based on ITS, LSU and TEF1α sequence data support their placement in Dictyocheirospora and Dictyosporium (Dothideomycetes). An updated backbone tree is provided for the family Dothideomycetes. Descriptions and illustrations of the new taxa and re-collections are provided. Four new combinations are proposed for Dictyocheirospora.

The dragon millipede genusDesmoxytess.l. is split into five genera, based on morphological characters and preliminary molecular phylogenetic analyses. A synthesis of the present knowledge of the Spanish Peritelini is presented. Two new genera are separated from Peritelus auctt.: Euplister (type species: Peritelus susanae Seidlitz, 1866) and Pseudoperitelus (type species: Peritelus globulicollis Seidlitz, 1862). Thirteen new species are described from Spain: Meira gerundana, M. medae, M. tarraconensis, Pseudomeira baetica, P. eremita, P. lepida, Euplister andalusicus, E. frater, E. megalophthalmus, E. mimus, E. moroderi, E. trifolii, E. velazquezi. New combinations are: Euplister susanae (Seidlitz, 1866), E. hybridus (Seidlitz, 1871), E. setabensis (Hustache, 1921), E. magnicollis (Desbrochers, 1896), E. coniceps (Desbrochers, 1897), Pseudoperitelus senex (Boheman, 1834), P. globulicollis (Seidlitz, 1871), P. espanoli (Roudier, 1958) and P. lopezi (Hoffmann, 1961), and one new synonym is proposed: Simo cremieri (Boheman, 1842) = Peritelus maroccanus Pic, 1920, syn. n. One genus, Meira Jacquelin du Val, 1853, and two species, Gymnomorphus nigrans (Fairmaire, 1862) and Meirella florentina (Stierlin, 1884), are newly recorded from Spain, bringing the total number of Peritelini known from Iberia to ten genera and thirtysix species. Diagnoses, detailed descriptions and data on distribution and ecology, mostly unpublished, are provided for each species, and a catalogue, identification keys, distribution maps and figures of key anatomical characters are added for the Iberian species. Caenopsis Bach, 1854 is excluded from Peritelini and confirmed as belonging in Trachyphloeini.

The Indo-Australian crowned weevil genus Asytesta Pascoe, 1865 is revised. Forty-one species are recognized, including18 that are new: A. alexandriae, A. alexriedeli, A. allisoni, A. biakana, A. cheesmanae, A. concolora, A. emarginata, A.fayae, A. frontalis, A. gressitti, A. julieae, A. marginalis, A. morobeana, A. sedlaceki, A. thompsoni, A. tuberculata, A.vivienae, and A. woodlarkiana, new species. One subspecies, A. lugubris bidentata Voss is elevated to species status, A.bidentata Voss, new status. Four species are newly synonymized: A. circulifera Lea, 1928 = A. rata Heller, 1910, A.definita Faust, 1898 = A. humeralis Pascoe, 1865, A. granulifera Lea, 1928 = A. aucta Faust, 1898, and A. setipes Lea,1928 = A. lugubris Heller, 1895 new synonyms. Six new species groups are proposed. Lectotypes are designated for 18species. Two species are transferred from Asytesta to other genera: A. maura Pascoe to Microporopterus Lea and A.ypsilon Heller to Meroleptus Faust, new combinations. A checklist and key for all crowned weevil genera, key to speciesgroups and species of Asytesta, adult habitus illustrations, distribution maps, and line drawings of diagnostic charactersare provided.A phylogeny for the genus based on 82 adult morphological characters (187 states) for 41 ingroup taxa is alsopresented. All genera and species of the crowned weevil group as redefined here (including Cyamomistus Heller,Eudyasmus Pascoe, Glochinorhinus Waterhouse, Nothotragopus Zimmerman, Panopides Pascoe, and Zygara Pascoe),were included in the analysis to test the monophyly of Asytesta. Monophyly of Asytesta was supported only with thesynonymy of the monotypic genus Zygara. Accordingly, Zygara is a new junior synonym of Asytesta and Zygara doriae (Kirsch) is returned to its original combination with Asytesta; A. doriae Kirsch resurrected status.

Cortinarius section Xenosmatae, originally based on solely morphological characters, was subsequently shown to contain phylogenetically distantly related species. The type species C. xenosma is a singleton, and this study aims to revise the other members of the section using combined molecular (nrDNA ITS and LSU) and morphological data. Based on phylogenetic analyses using RAxML, PhyML and Bayesian Inference and additional morphological features one new species (C. paraxenosma) and one new section (sect. Olorinati) are proposed. Furthermore sect. Carbonelli is extended and emended to include two former members of sect. Xenosmatae. A key to the species in New Zealand with xenosmatoid morphology is provided.

AbstractThe following new odontiine taxa are described: Clupeosoma cicatricale, Sumatra; C. margarisemale, Java; C. microthyrale, Sabah; Hydrorybina fulvescens, Sumatra; Hemiscopis intermedialis, Soemba; Platynoorda, and its type-species P. atrivittalis, Sabah; Porphyronoorda, and its type-species P. decumbens, S. India; Gononoorda, its type-species G. neervoorti, Java; also G. jacobsoni, Sumatra. Hydrorybina Hampson is removed from the synonymy of Clupeosoma Snellen, and is redefined. In addition to the type-species, H. polusalis (Walker), and the new species H. fulvescens, the genus includes two species, Anemosa pryeri Butler and Clupeosoma violascens Hampson, transferred as new combinations from Clupeosoma. Syllythria bicolor Moore, placed first in Hydrorybina then in Clupeosoma by Hampson, is considered probably odontiine but probably not a member of either of those genera. It is left in Clupeosoma pending further investigation. Eurycreon? rubralis Warren is removed from the synonymy of C. bicolor and is transferred to the subfamily Pyraustinae as Pyrausta rubralis (Warren), n. comb. The relationship of Hydrorybina to Hemiscopis Warren is pointed out, and differential characters are given. Micromania Swinhoe, with type-species M. stigmatalis Swinhoe, is removed from the synonymy of Hemiscopis and is transferred to the subfamily Nymphulinae in the vicinity of Paracymoriza Warren, which is removed from the synonymy of Parthenodes Guenée. Noorda moringae Tams and N. trimaculalis Amsel are transferred to Epinoorda Rebel as new combinations.

The genus Metamastigophorophyllon Ceuca, 1976 (the type-species: Mastigophorophyllon giljarovi Lang, 1959, adequately redescribed from new material), is a new subjective senior synonym of Persedicus Mauriès, 1982, syn. nov., being also newly transferred from the family Mastigophorophyllidae to the family Anthroleucosomatidae, comb. nov. The following two new combinations are also proposed: Heterocaucaseuma mauriesi (Golovatch and Makarov, 2011), comb. nov. ex Anamastigona Silvestri, 1898; and Metamastigophorophyllon martensi (Mauriès, 1982), comb. nov. ex Persedicus Mauriès, 1982. An identification key to and distribution maps for all known species of Caucasian Anthroleucosomatidae are provided, as well as brief remarks on distributions and on cave-dwelling taxa.

Eidmanacris Chopard, 1956 is revised, redescribed and eleven species are redescribed. Seven new species from the Brazilian Atlantic Forest and Cerrado (E. scopula Campos sp. nov., E. gigas Campos sp. nov., E. neomarmorata Campos, sp. nov.; E, desutterae Campos, sp. nov.; E. putuhra Campos, sp. nov.; E. fontanettiae Campos, Nihei & de Mello, sp. nov. and E. melloi Campos, sp. nov.) are described, based on adults. One new generic synonymy with Endophallusia de Mello, 1990 syn. nov., resulting in two new combinations (E. minuta (de Mello, 1990) comb. nov. and E. endophallica (de Mello, 1990) comb. nov.), a new combination with Phalangopsis spelucae Mello-Leitão, 1937 (E. speluncae (Mello-Leitão, 1937) comb. nov.), and one species synonymy (E. lencionii Bolfarini, 2016 = E. dissimilis Desutter-Grandcolas, 1995, syn. nov.) are proposed. Following this revision, Eidmanacris comprises a total of 29 species. An identification key to species, and distribution maps are also given.

Seringia J.Gay and Keraudrenia J.Gay are widely spread in Australia, and one species occurs in Madagascar. Revision of these closely related genera suggested that neither genus is monophyletic on the basis of morphological or preliminary molecular data. As a result, Keraudrenia is subsumed into Seringia. There are now 20 species of Seringia, including the currently accepted type species Seringia platyphylla J.Gay (=Seringia arborescens (W.T.Aiton) Druce). Five new species S. adenogyna C.F.Wilkins, S. cacaobrunnea C.F.Wilkins, S. elliptica C.F.Wilkins, S. undulata C.F.Wilkins and S. saxatilis C.F.Wilkins are described. Four species of Keraudrenia initially described as Seringia and recognised as the latter by F. J. H. von Mueller are reinstated (S. adenolasia F.Muell., S. corollata Steetz, S. lanceolata Steetz, S. nephrosperma F.Muell.). Five previous combinations of Keraudrenia and Seringia as Seringia are recognised (S. hermanniifolia (J.Gay) F.Muell., S. hillii (Benth.) F.Muell., S. hookeriana (Walp.) F.Muell., S. integrifolia (Steud.) F.Muell., S. velutina (Steetz) F.Muell.) and five new combinations are made (S. collina (Domin) C.F.Wilkins & Whitlock, S. denticulata (C.T.White) C.F.Wilkins & Whitlock, S. exastia (C.F.Wilkins) C.F.Wilkins & Whitlock, S. katatona (C.F.Wilkins) C.F.Wilkins & Whitlock, S. macrantha (Baill.) C.F.Wilkins & Whitlock. Keraudrenia collina var. multiflora Domin is placed in synonymy under S. nephrosperma F.Muell. Keraudrenia corollata var. denticulata C.T.White is recognised as a distinct species, S. denticulata (C.T.White) C.F.Wilkins & Whitlock. Anatomical studies, taxonomic descriptions, distribution maps, illustrations and identification keys are presented for Seringia, and an identification key to genera of the tribe Lasiopetaleae is provided.

The new subtribe Scatimina (part of the tribe Ateuchini) is described and defined to include the following 17 genera, of which 12 are new: Scatimus Erichson; Scatrichus Génier & Kohlmann, 2003; Trichillum Harold, 1868; Pedaridium Harold, 1868; Eutrichillum Martínez, 1969, new status; Besourenga, new genus (type species Trichillum minutum Saylor); Bradypodidium, new genus (type species Trichillum bradyporum Boucomont); Degallieridium, new genus (typespecies Degallieridium lilliputanum, new species); Feeridium, new genus (type species Feeridium woodruffi, new spe- cies); Genieridium, new genus (type species Pedaridium bidens Balthasar); Leotrichillum, new genus (type species Pedaridium louzadaorum Vaz-de-Mello & Canhedo); Martinezidium, new genus (type species Pedaridium galileoae Génier & Vaz-de-Mello); Nunoidium, new genus (type species Pedaridium argentinum Arrow); Onoreidium, new genus (type species Trichillum cristatum Arrow); Pereiraidium, new genus (type species Pedaridium almeidai Pereira); Silvinha, new genus (type species Silvinha unica, new species); and Trichillidium, new genus (type species Pedaridium quadridens Arrow). The genera Scatonomus Erichson, Anomiopus Westwood and Hypocanthidium Balthasar are transferred from Ateuchini to Canthonini, and the genera Canthidium Erichson, Parachorius Harold (formerly Ateuchini) and Holocanthon Martínez & Pereira (formerly Canthonini) are transferred to Coprini. The genera Bdelyropsis Pereira, Vulcano & Martínez, Bdelyrus Harold, Coptorhina Hope, Delopleurus Erichson, Demarziella Balthasar, Onychothecus Boucomont, Paraphytus Harold, Pedaria Laporte, Pleronyx Lansberge, Pseuduroxys Balthasar, Sarophorus Erichson and Uroxys Westwood are considered as incerta sedis in the Ateuchini, not fitting into Ateuchina or Scatimina. A key is presented to the genera of Scatimina, and another for species of the genus Genieridium, which are also diagnosed. Each genus of Scatimina is diagnosed, has a complete species list, and includes remarks on affinities, composition and distribution. All genera except Scatimus and Scatrichus are (re)described, and examined material is listed for each species. The following three new species are described: Degallieridium lilliputanum, new species; Feeridium woodruffi, new species and Silvinha unica, new species.
