Electrostatic precipitator is the efficient dust removal equipment for environmental protection. As the core part, high voltage inverter power supply determines the efficiency and effect of dust removal. This paper design a high frequency and high voltage switching power supply for electrostatic precipitator based on FPGA. The power supply system is composed of rectifier and filter circuit, high frequency inverter circuit, step-up transformer and high voltage rectifier silicon reactor circuit. Using IRFP460N as power switches, single-phase full-bridge inverter was set up. The SPWM signals produced by FPGA EP2C5T144C8 were isolated and amplified through drive circuit IR2110. The function of variable frequency and voltage was realized. Hardware test showed the whole system operated safely and reliably.

Aiming at the application requirements of miniaturization and energy saving in the field of high voltage power supply, a high voltage switching power supply with soft switching technology was designed. The soft switch technology which makes the loss of switch power supply decrease obviously,and the dual voltage rectifier technology can effectively reduce the volume of switching power supply. Circuit parameters of switching power supply are optimized in order to further improve the efficiency of power supply. From the experiment results, the high voltage switching power supply meets the design requirements, and suitable for the strict requirements of environment on the volume and efficiency.

High-power plasma power supply is very useful for many industrial and medical applications. Plasma is generated artificially in the laboratory or industry by applying the electric or magnetic field. In this manuscript, we presented the simple 4T analog MOS control high voltage high frequency inverter circuit as a plasma power supply using modulation index technique. The presented plasma power supply operated at 25 kHz frequency and 10 kV peak to peak voltage. It generates a 0 V to 10 kV controllable electric field. The generated electric field is applied and produces plasma, which can be used for many industrial applications. A 10 kV to 5 kW plasma power supply has been practically developed based on the proposed topology and experimentally tested and, additionally, excellent output power conversion efficiency is achieved. From these results, the 4T analog MOS control high voltage high frequency (HVHF) plasma switching power supply is verified.

Switching power supply is an important field of application of power electronic technology, the high frequency switching DC power supply with high efficiency, small size, light weight and other advantages obtain the widespread application. The application of synchronous rectifier technology, photoelectric coupling isolation technology and the active clamp forward converter design high frequency switching power supply with 16~40V DC input and 5V/100W DC output . its operational principle is analyzed, and using LM5026 control chip describes design method of switching power supply.
