The maintenance activity of the equipment is the basis and supports that ensure the intact rate of the equipment and adequately giving play to its capability, to insure the high efficiency of maintenance activity, it is imperative that implement the life cycle management and many positions evaluation for maintenance quality. Firstly, to discuss the countermeasure and method of the life cycle management of maintenance quality from design and application and maintenance stages; secondly, to advance the principle of equipment maintenance quality; lastly, to establish the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of equipment maintenance quality.

How to implement the life-cycle management of water conservancy and hydro power project cost effectively, and how to distinguish the influence degree of different factors on project cost stage management. This is a key problem in project cost control. In this paper, based on the influence of each factor on the overall evaluation goal influence, FAHP is applied to set up Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model. Aiming at the variability characteristics of factors in each stage, the information entropy is used to determine the objective weight in the model, in combination with AHP the subjective weights to determine the weight.

In order to evaluate a RMS roundly and objectively, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a hierarchical and comprehensive evaluation index system for RMSs is extracted. Then, based on this structure, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed, in which AHP is incorporated to determine factor weights.
