Customer satisfaction is an important index to measure the enterprise product and service quality, customer satisfaction evaluation of e-commerce enterprises is an important part of its overall assessment. In this paper, starting from the customer satisfaction, evaluation index system is established; the evaluation model of electronic commerce enterprise based on cloud model is constructed, customer satisfaction is made a scientific comprehensive evaluation. Compared with the traditional method of qualitative evaluation, qualitative evaluation method based on cloud model is practical, and the result is intuitive, comprehensive and profound, more in line with the actual situation.

The freezing pipe fracture can cause freezing wall to thaw and even lead to major accidents such as mine flooding easily, which seriously threatens the safety in construction. Therefore, scientific and effective comprehensive risk assessment for freezing pipe fracture is of great significance. In this work, a risk assessment method is put forward based on improved AHP-Cloud model with 19 evaluation indicators. First, the multi-dimension evaluation index system and evaluation model are established, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the risk factors that may lead to accidents. Second, synthesizing the normalization process and the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the evaluation grade cloud and comprehensive evaluation cloud of freezing pipe fracture can be acquired by using the forward cloud generator. Finally, According to the max-subjection principle and the comprehensive evaluation method, we obtain the risk level of freezing pipe fracture. The model is applied to Yangcun Coal Mine. It has been verified that the risk assessment problem of freezing pipe fracture in freezing sinking can be successfully solved by the model we proposed. Above all, the study offers a new research idea for the risk management of freezing pipe fracture in freeze sinking.

Customer satisfaction is an important comprehensive index to evaluate e-commerce platform, and carrying on customer satisfaction evaluation is an important part of the evaluation to e-commerce platform. This paper starts from the customer satisfaction, builds the evaluation index system and the multi-level evaluation mode of ceramic e-commerce platform based on the grey system theory and using the analytic hierarchy process combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and applies the mode. We can master the influence factors of customer satisfaction and provide guidance to the improvement of the platform through analyzing the evaluation result.

In order to perform adaptability comprehensive evaluation of auto assembly machine product platform for small shaft and sleeve subassemblies, with product family-oriented design, more reasonably and effectively, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is discussed in this paper. And the hierarchical structure of comprehensive evaluation index system, the alternative set and the comprehensive evaluation model of product platform are established through this method, thus obtaining a satisfaction value, which realizes the change from qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation for product platform evaluation. The result shows that the method has a strong feasibility and operability.

With the rapid development of modern corporate management, customer satisfaction evaluation has been applied to the management of many companies. Railway empty container allocation not only involves the cost of the railway transportation, but also considers the customer's requirements for time and convenience, etc. Therefore customer satisfaction evaluation also becomes very important for railway container allocation decision. However, it is not easy to properly quantify customer satisfaction, because there are many indicators that cannot be directly quantified. This paper proposes a customer satisfaction evaluation index system based on the RATER index, and adopts a comprehensive evaluation method to achieve quantitative evaluation of customer satisfaction. An empty container allocation optimization model based on customer satisfaction is established. The model can comprehensively consider the interests of both the railway and customers, and provide an effective reference for the railway transportation department to improve the transportation service and optimize empty container allocation plan.

In order to solve the financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis problem, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in this paper. By constructing evaluation index system and calculating index weights, the model can reasonably evaluate the financial risks of electric power enterprises. For illustration, an electric power enterprise example is utilized to show the feasibility of the model in solving the problem Results show that financial risk of the electric power enterprise is general. The paper provides a new way for financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis, and makes its research further perfected. Thus, electric power enterprises can control and prevent financial risks better.

Traditional methods such as scoring method, Likert scale method, etc, suffer from uncertainness, randomness and inaccuracy. To solve these problems, a cloud model is presented in this paper. Based on fuzzy mathematics and statistics, the cloud model can convert the qualitative evaluation of the product to quantitative scores. It’s a better way to overcome the disadvantages of direct scoring method that cause more inaccuracies. A prouct satisfaction evaluation model with three dimensions (i.e., evaluation index, product sets and estimator) is then constructed, which combines the cloud model and the grey relational analysis. Finally, the effectivity of the presented model is demonstrated by a case study.
