In this paper, the framework and subsystem detailed design of LSSIMS (Large Sport Stadium Information Management System) is proposed on the basis of main function-demand analysis. After the main function demand is analyzed under 6 iterative stages, the overall framework design of the system is proposed on the basis of the principles of frame design. Then the LSSIMS is divided into the subsystems including the gateway websites, ticketing business subsystem, fitness management subsystem, online interactive subsystems, commercial operation subsystem and advertisement management subsystem. Finally the subsystems are designed individually by adopting the middleware technology and the thought of multi-level, loosely coupled and open design. Through the later stages of detailed design and full system development, it is showed that based on the framework design the LSSIMS provides managers with detailed statistical analysis, decision support and standardization interfaces, which can make good social benefits.

This paper introduces the concept of database and data mining, combined with management system of quality assessment system and method of data mining technology. In this paper, applying the data mining skill to the field of remote open management system, introduces the development of data mining in China and the necessity and importance of data mining in remote open information management system. This thesis analyzes the main problems in the remote open management system. On the basis of the relevant researches both at home and abroad, it presents the significance of the application of data mining in remote open management system. It analyzes the needs of the system based on data mining and presents a detailed design and implication of such a system.

Waqf is one of the important economic instruments in Islam. Waqf is known as an endowment consist of donating a building, a sum of money or plot of land for charitable purposes. Various relevant aspects with  the field of waqf have been studied and debated by scholars in the area of socio-political studies, economic, accounting as well as waqf information management system development. Current research findings have shown few glaring issues in terms of the difficulty to distribute waqf benefits caused by incomplete file information, transparency of waqf documentation, lack of detailed information about waqf assets and the requirements to provide timely and sufficient information to the related stakeholders. Thus, this study explores conceptual model of integrated success factors of Waqf information management system from few literature analysis. The conceptual success model that consists of activities, relationships, relative advantage, compatability, triability, image, visibility, result demonstrability, voluntariness, complexity and trust have been used to demonstrate the Islamic and technology concepts of waqf information system.  Thorough review from several research works will help to understand the gaps in the information system management related to the state waqf agencies in Malaysia. The findings of the above issues prove on the need to identify the success factors of waqf information system management thus, helps to ensure the success development of the system.  The findings should be of great interest to both researchers and practitioners.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to describe the techniques used in achieving consensus on common standards to be implemented in the EUnetHTA Information Management System (IMS); and to describe how interoperability between tools was explored. Methods: Three face to face meetings were organized to identify and agree on common standards to the development of online tools. Two tools were created to demonstrate the added value of implementing interoperability standards at local levels. Developers of tools outside EUnetHTA were identified and contacted. Results: Four common standards have been agreed on by consensus; and consequently all EUnetHTA tools have been modified or designed accordingly. RDF Site Summary (RSS) has demonstrated a good potential to support rapid dissemination of HTA information. Contacts outside EUnetHTA resulted in direct collaboration (HTA glossary, HTAi Vortal), evaluation of options for interoperability between tools (CRD HTA database) or a formal framework to prepare cooperation on concrete projects (INAHTA projects database). Conclusions: While being entitled a project on IT infrastructure, the work program was also about people. When having to agree on complex topics, fostering a cohesive group dynamic and hosting face to face meetings brings added value and enhances understanding between partners. The adoption of widespread standards enhanced the homogeneity of the EUnetHTA tools and should thus contribute to their wider use, therefore, to the general objective of EUnetHTA. The initiatives on interoperability of systems need to be developed further to support a general interoperable information system that could benefit the whole HTA community.

This paper introduces an integral part of engineering information management and information management system development and applications in engineering project. It points out that highly developed network of information technology can realize monitoring important parts and process of project in the video. Information management system copies with complex information to identify and summarize the different categories then issues for works to provide accurate and timely information to achieve objectives of project management. It will also have a profound impact on promoting the construction of process standardization and improving the quality of the project.
