In the case of the column materials to determined, the lower natural frequency of column is determined by the number of coupling bolts and bolt arrangement. In this paper, by three-dimensional modeling software of Solidwork column model of hobbing is set up, then by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. The initial four order natural frequency to the different number of connection bolts and the different arrangement of bolt are respectively calculated. After the initial four order natural frequency are contrasted, we conclude that in the case of merely considering dynamic stiffness this study reach it is the most reasonable to select 8-12 bolts in the hobbing of YKQ31300, and different bolt arrangement of effects on the dynamic stiffness of the column is very small and can be ignored.

In order to study conveying roller force and improve its mechanical properties, we use three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E to build the solid model of the Apple box delivery device’s conveying roller. Using finite element analysis software Ansys to analyze conveying roller’s bending stress, we can get images of local strain and displacement contours .Contrasting with factory’s broken roller conveyor, we can find that: through the establishment of appropriate boundary conditions, Ansys can accurate finite element analysis, and provide the basis for the conveying roller structure improvements.

Paper built the solid model of RV involute planetary gear with three dimensional modeling software Pro/E, dumped this model into ANSYS with IGES middle exchange file, define the three crankshaft solid connect with the three involute gear, carried on the modal analysis with finite element method, obtained the natural frequency and the vibration mode,. Results put out the danger frequency focus on 3645Hz, 8610Hz ,16729etc., then paper examined the different natural frequency and contrast them with the natural frequency of whole RV reducer, results shows that when the input speed of reducer turning at 1500r/min, for the three involute gear it’s not easy to cause resonance, but being the incentive frequency is 525Hz, it should to pay attention to avoid 451.63Hz, which was a key natural frequency of RV reducer, finally paper laid the system's dynamic response calculation and analysis of RV reducer.

A postal assisted bicycle frame is designed according to the demands of the market. And the three-dimensional modeling software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the bicycle. Using the model of the bicycle and combined with the actual riding positions, the mechanical properties of the bicycle are analyzed by the software of finite element analysis under different riding situations. According to the analysis results, the size of the bicycle frame is changed to improve the mechanical properties of the bicycle. And these changes receive a very good result from the final analysis of the postal assisted bicycle.

Aiming at the problenm of transportation to underground, and slinging, reshipment, assembly in underworkings for mining lage equipment , a set of slinging and reshipment system in the underground is developed. This system is a steel-frame structure consisted of multi-unit bridged structure junction,in which the double T-iron is taken as main load-bearing beam,and U-steel unit welded by back-to-back method is as a slanted prop triangle secondary beam.This system adoptes the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks2007, and its COSMOS/Works modules, for the three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis to this system. Through the finite element analysis, verified the correctness of the component design.

Using three-dimensional modeling software to design a kind of swinging rear underrun protective device, using the Ansys finite element analysis software, in accordance with the provisions of GB11567.2-2001, the rear underrun protective device applied static load analysis. The results show that the protective device and the body in the welding and bolt connecting two different cases, connected by bolts can effectively avoid the connection of stress concentration, and support as the main part of the force. But by welding, the connections exist obvious stress concentration, may to cause the protective frame dropping.

Despite efficiency of modern implantology, unplanned perforation and drill deviation could be happened during freehand placement. The aim of this study was to provide a methodology for fabricating dental surgical drill guide for fully edentulous patients while it was flexible in term of changing drill diameter. The data of patient consisted of bone anatomy and radio-opaque template obtained from computed tomography. Jawbone and radio-opaque template three dimensional models converted into a three dimensional modeling software by means of an image processing package. Based on jawbone anatomy and radio-opaque template, implantation plan and design of surgical guides were carried out in three dimensional software. Rapid prototyping technique was used to manufacture several surgical guides to be used in different drilling sequences. Finally stainless steel tubes were accommodated passage of drill. Sequential surgical guides were different only in terms of the metal tubes internal diameter. This provides the ability of changing diameter of the implant or drill after fabricating surgical guide.

It will use SolidWorks to design structure of Manipulator and to establish the Three-dimensional Modeling based on automated welding robot of Shanghai Bamac Electric Technology Co., Ltd.,then by using the plug of simulation and motion of SolidWorks, it will focus on the Motion Simulation and Finite Element Analysis of the Manipulator. Finally the trajectory and the work space of the Manipulate can be received, and provide a basis of manipulator analysis in order to optimize the manipulator for the company.
