Temperature measurement system is widely used in industrial monitoring, process control, intelligent home appliances and other fields. The traditional temperature detection method is to use the analog sensor, such as thermocouple or thermal resistance. This traditional temperature measurement system includes signal sampling circuit, amplifying circuit and A/D conversion circuit, which finally obtain the temperature digital signal. This kind of complex circuit leads to the weak anti-interference ability, which affects the reliability of the system. In this paper, a new design of digital temperature measurement system using digital temperature sensor AD7417 was presented. The sensor is connected to a central processing unit (CPU) via digital bus and the temperature value is displayed by LED. Practical application shows that the temperature measurement system is stable and reliable with strong anti-interference ability.

This temperature measurement system is based on the control of AT89S52 single chip microcontroller, with temperature display function. Temperature information is changed into digital signal directly by a single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20, and the digital signal is sent into microcontroller for real-time acquisition. The results are displayed through LCD module 1602 in real time. The system is with the characteristics of low cost, high precision, stable performance and convenient operation. The system can be extended to multi-point temperature detecting system easily, and adding temperature transfinite alarm function.

Today, the most serious threat to global health is the continuous outbreak of respiratory diseases, which is called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought severe challenges to public health and has attracted great attention from the research and medical communities. Most patients infected with COVID-19 will have fever. Therefore, the monitoring of body temperature has become one of the most important basis for pandemic prevention and testing. Among them, the measurement of body temperature is the most direct through the Forehead Thermometer, but the measurement speed is relatively slow. The cost of fast-checking body temperature measurement equipment, such as infrared body temperature detection and face recognition temperature machine, is too high, and it is difficult to build Disease Surveillance System (DSS). To solve the above-mentioned problems, the Intelligent pandemic prevention Temperature Measurement System (ITMS) and Pandemic Prevention situation Analysis System (PPAS) are proposed in this study. ITMS is used to detect body temperature. However, PPAS uses big data analysis techniques to prevent pandemics. In this study, the campus field is used as an example, in which ITMS and PPAS are used. In the research, Proof of Concept (PoC), Proof of Service (PoS), and Proof of Business (PoB) were carried out for the use of ITMS and PPAS in the campus area. From the verification, it can be seen that ITMS and PPAS can be successfully used in campus fields and are widely recognized by users. Through the verification of this research, it can be determined that ITMS and PPAS are indeed feasible and capable of dissemination. The ITMS and PPAS are expected to give full play to their functions during the spread of pandemics. All in all, the results of this research will provide a wide range of applied thinking for people who are committed to the development of science and technology.

Temperature measurement is a very important measurement project in spacecraft vacuum thermal test, and thermocouple measurement system is generally used for temperature measurement. In order to reduce the number of wire measuring circuit and improving the measurement system of anti disturbance and high measurement accuracy in vacuum thermal test process, which can be used in digital temperature measurement system of vacuum thermal test design, realizes the digital temperature measuring equipment of spacecraft and ground equipment. The system is composed of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and acquisition device. It can be connected with remote monitoring computer through LAN network to realize remote monitoring of temperature. The hardware structure, communication protocol and software design of the digital temperature measurement system are given in this paper. The vacuum thermal environment test and comparison with the platinum resistance temperature measurement system. The results show that the stability of the system is good and the difference between the measured value and the PT100 measurement is within 0.5 °C, and the linearity is about ±0.1% which satisfies the requirement of vacuum thermal test.

Aiming at the influence of temperature on the rate of chicken’s hatchability in hatch field, this paper uses a flexible wireless VISA communication technology based on LabVIEW to measure and control the temperature in process of chicken hatching. The hardware part was composed of microcontroller C8051F530, digital temperature sensor DS18B20, wireless data transmission module nRF and display module HB240128 for real-time acquisition and processing of temperature data. The software part was written by graphical programming software LabVIEW, and used it to design system interface for functions of real-time processing of temperature data, waveform display, threshold alarm etc. The system can be implemented by hardware circuit itself and computer system interface for the temperature control, which enhanced flexibility of the system and was conducive to troubleshoot interference problems. The test results show that the temperature measurement system was characterized by simple operation, easy maintenance, steady performance and high accuracy.

A kind of intelligent prompt temperature measurement system was designed which was based on single chip micocomputer. It used the pyroelectric infrared sensor to collect the emitted infrared from human body and to preprocess the signal output of the sensor.Then it could be the conversion signal by the A/D transformation inside SCM .The AVR SCM could control to realize the temperature operation and processing, and send the temperature value to the LCD to display and the voice prompt. Simultaneously, it was added the clock function and over temperature alarm function which made the design more practical. Theoretical basis and the software platform were used in this design of the hardware production and software debugging, and finally the design requirements were realized. The temperature measurement system had the advantages of short response time, non-contact,no interference by temperature field, convenient operation.
