As the low safety production level and efficiency greatly restrict the efficient functioning of coal mine production logistics in our country, it is urgently necessary to combine with the complex feature of coal mine production logistics to evaluate its internal control. First, on the basis of management entropy and management dissipative theory, this paper expounds the evolution rules of coal mine production logistics internal control. Second, establish a set of index system reflecting the internal control system of coal mine production logistics and build the evaluation model of coal mine production logistics internal control based on management entropy. At last, verify the applicability of the model through empirical research, and provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive analysis of the whole operation status and internal control problems in coal mine production logistics system.

Coal mine safety assessment is an important ways for identification and elimination of danger in coal mine production systems. This paper introduce D-S evidence theory in evaluation of coal mine safety to solve the uncertainty problem of randomicity and faintness in evaluation of coal mine safety. The evaluation model of coal mine safety is set up based on evidence theory and the detailed arithmetic of evidence theory is brought forward, and according to some decision making rule the Chaohua Coal Mine has been evaluated. The results show that the model can solve the problem of uncertainty preferable and evaluation results with more accuracy and reliability.

Internal control evaluation is very useful to strengthen internal control, and to establish a scientifically target system is one of the key points of internal control. This article proceeds with the basic procedures of internal control, puts forward a target system, establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and people can utilize the model with some practical data of internal control in order to provide help for internal control evaluation.

Based on the characteristic of higher vocational college,This paper analyzes the present situation of internal control in railway vocational college, takes the empirical analysis of internal control by the internal control evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and proposes the following solutions according to the internal control problems of railway vocational college: (1)improve internal control environment by strengthening the organizational construction, management level, and so on; (2) enhance control activities by improving internal account control and implementing budget management; (3)pay attention to risk management; (4)strengthen internal and external supervision.

Based on concept of the financial internal control evaluation in higher school, This paper discuss the definition of financial internal control evaluation in higher vocational college, describes the meaning,content and necessity of financial internal control evaluation in higher vocational college. Later, the college financial internal control evaluation principle is the prerequisite, combining the fuzzy mathematical theory and control self-assessment approach the establishment of internal control fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,through investigation questionnaire and index factor pairwise comparison we obtained score values and weight values,using mathematical methods such as matrix transformations to get the final evaluation results.
