Because the enterprise management incentive mechanism operates in the complexity and nonlinearity of the enterprise system, its life evolution process is full of uncertainty and chaos. The theory of management entropy and management dissipative structure reveals two trends in the development of corporate organizational structure and incentive mechanism. Through the analysis of information asymmetry in corporate activities, we can know that information asymmetry absolutely exists. In order to weaken the information asymmetry, the enterprise must design an effective management system to make the company management more systematic. Based on the analysis of the basic theories of management entropy and management dissipative structure, this paper applies the two to the study of corporate incentives. Then, based on the self-organization theory of dissipative structure, we discussed the orderly evolution mechanism of the enterprise management system, and judged the development trend of corporate management performance from the perspective of system changes. The order degree calculation model can then evaluate the efficiency of corporate management and provide a new perspective for corporate management. Judging the role and development stage of management entropy and management dissipative structure in the enterprise’s incentive mechanism, so that the incentive can play an effective role, and provide theoretical support and practical methods for the enterprise to establish a good incentive mechanism.

The theory of thermodynamic entropy is applied for reference to solve the basic problems of supply chain management science and knowledge innovation of supply chain enterprises. As for entropy, only thermodynamic entropy, statistical physical entropy and information entropy have been recognized, so management entropy is defined as the generalization of entropy. According to the similarity between state change of management system and that of the thermodynamics system, the revelation of the microscopic mechanism of entropy essence by statistical physical entropy, and the foundation that information entropy is regarded as the generalization of entropy by scholars, it is concluded that management entropy exists and has the same properties as thermodynamic entropy. For instance, it becomes a measure of the degree of chaos and disorder of a system and the time vector of the management system. A knowledge innovation sharing model of supply chain enterprises is constructed based on the thermodynamic entropy theory, the process of knowledge sharing in supply chain is analyzed, and the possibility of knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises from the point of view of game theory is discussed. The principal-agent theory is used to analyze the incentive strategy to promote knowledge sharing in supply chain, and the model of knowledge sharing in supply chain is established.

As the low safety production level and efficiency greatly restrict the efficient functioning of coal mine production logistics in our country, it is urgently necessary to combine with the complex feature of coal mine production logistics to evaluate its internal control. First, on the basis of management entropy and management dissipative theory, this paper expounds the evolution rules of coal mine production logistics internal control. Second, establish a set of index system reflecting the internal control system of coal mine production logistics and build the evaluation model of coal mine production logistics internal control based on management entropy. At last, verify the applicability of the model through empirical research, and provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive analysis of the whole operation status and internal control problems in coal mine production logistics system.

The traditional evaluation methods usually use static and linear techniques to analyze the target audience, and it cannot fully and dynamically reflect the status quo and development trend of the evaluation object. Therefore, applying these methods to evaluate the sustainable development trend of the scenic deficiencies which is a complex and giant system has some deficiencies. In order to solve the above problem, this thesis is based on the management entropy theory, and will create the methods of traditional evaluation.
