In this paper, based on theoretical research and empirical investigation, an index system is created for the evaluation of express companies’ emergency logistics capability from three types of capabilities, namely, emergency decision-making, implementing emergency plans and information assurance, by taking into consideration the characteristics of emergency logistics of express companies. In the issue of weight determination of the indices, given the subjectivity caused by individual evaluation, the approach of group decision making by multi-experts is introduced, which is the combination of we have introduced a group decision-making approach, that is to combine identically scaled weighting of judgment matrix and clustering weight determination. Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen to evaluate express companies’ emergency logistics capabilities.Through empirical study, the validity and practicability of the index system and the evaluation method are both confirmed(verified).

A new comprehensive evaluation based on triangular fuzzy number method is put forward in this paper, according to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and using trichotomy to determine membership function. And a calculation example is illustrated by using the method presented. The method is a reference to the bid evaluation in the future.

When using the risk priority number method to perform a criticality analysis of the failure modes of mechanical products, different subjective factors exist on the part of experts regarding the severity level (S), occurrence probability level (O), and failure modes. The estimation of the detection difficulty level (D) is different, which causes the problem of inaccurate evaluation of the criticality of failure modes. This study proposes a harm analysis method that combines group decision-making and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The similarity and difference between an individual expert and the group are used in group decision-making to assign the weight of the expert, thus reducing the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results. On the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the weight of three risk elements (S, O, and D) is determined, and a hazard ranking of the interval obtained by group decision-making is performed. The CA (criticality analysis) improvement method is used to analyze the hazard posed by low-temperature shut-off valves. Results indicate that this method can effectively assess the weak links of the low-temperature shut-off valves and improve the accuracy of the hazard evaluation in comparison with the risk priority coefficient method.

Based on the analysis of nine factors, which influencing mostly the sustainable attraction of Ecological Countryside Resort, this paper builds an index system for evaluating the attraction of Ecological Countryside Resort. Considering the attribute of the evaluation of sustainable attraction of ecological countryside resort, which is multi-gradation, multi-factor, and qualitative-and-quantitative-index-concentrating, this paper develops a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for assessing sustainable attraction of Ecological Countryside Resort. Thus, this paper provides a basis for improving the sustainable attraction of Ecological Countryside Resort, prolonging the life of Ecological Countryside Resort, optimizing the development and service marketing of Ecological Countryside Resort.

With integrated consideration of existing research on power grid development evaluation index system and requirements of power grid development diagnosis, a more comprehensive power grid development diagnostic index system is established from five aspects of power grid security and reliability, high efficiency, coordination, economics and social environment and more than 20 indicators. In addition, a new power grid development diagnostic evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in order to diagnose and assess power grid status quo and the actual level of development comprehensively, objectively and systematically ,which will help power grid enterprises conveniently to find the main reason of affecting the power grid and enterprise development and encourage enterprises to continuously improve the targeted improvement measures and the level of grid development.

In decision-making processes, it often occurs that the decision maker is asked to pairwise compare alternatives. His/her judgements over a set of pairs of alternatives can be collected into a matrix and some relevant properties, for instance, consistency, can be estimated. Consistency is a desirable property which implies that all the pairwise comparisons respect a principle of transitivity. So far, many indices have been proposed to estimate consistency. Nevertheless, in this paper we argue that most of these indices do not fairly evaluate this property. Then, we introduce a new consistency evaluation method and we propose to use it in group decision making problems in order to fairly weigh the decision maker's preferences according to their consistency. In our analysis, we consider two families of pairwise comparison matrices: additively reciprocal pairwise comparison matrices and multiplicatively reciprocal pairwise comparison matrices.

Combination with the characteristics of large public buildings, taking well considerations of maintenance of buildings on safety and reliability of the circumstances. Decision-making models of the large public building maintenance cycle was proposed based on maintenance of quality comprehensive evaluation. To quantify the degree of recovery of large public buildings based on the quality of maintenance using the method of AHP and Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. To make reasonable amendments on the reliability of experience according to the recovery degree of the reliability. In order to calculate the maintenance cycle of the large public buildings , the two models of maximum reliability and minimum total cost of building structure and equipment pipe components are applying with, and then to making dynamic arrangements of preventive maintenance cycle according to the quality of the maintenance.

Abstract Enterprises have been faced with the problem of how to optimize resource allocation in an uncertain environment by the expanding of manufacturing informatization. In the process of cloud manufacturing matching, group decision making organizations may provide uncertain preference information. However, preference information at various points have led to differing impacts of the final matching decision. it is necessary to study the dynamic two-sided matching. In this paper, the dynamic two-sided matching problem under the multi-form preference information was studied. Primarily, the problem of two-sided matching is described, then through group decision-making and uncertain preference information, an ordinal vector matrix is constructed. Afterwards, the comprehensive satisfaction matrix is calculated by using dynamic time-series weight and matching competition degree. Further, by introducing stable matching constraints, a multi-objective optimization model considering the satisfaction, fairness and stability of matching is constructed. Then the optimal matching result is obtained by solving the model. In addition, the presented method was verified through a case of cloud manufacturing. At the end, advantages of the presented model were demonstrated by comparison. Research results of this paper enrich the theoretical research of two-sided matching and provide an effective solution for cloud manufacturing matching in uncertain environments.
