Structure, composition and control system of a novel automated balancing machine which can realize automated measurement and correction are introduced. A data acquisition card is used to obtain the real-time unbalanced signal. The magnitude of rotor’s unbalance and the mass need to be removed is calculated according to the unbalanced measurement principle. Then the feed which is needed to complete the correction is deduced. The AC servo motors with high precision and fast response are used to achieve fast and accurate unbalance measurement and correction. A prototype according to the principle is manufactured to test the thinking. Experiments proved that the unbalance reducing rate at one time correction more than 95%. It is necessary to further industrial development.

An accurate and automatic weighting method was used to satisfy the command. The system consisted a hopper, a vibration propellant delivering equipment, a particle separation equipment and control system. The main controller and the programmed logic controller were used to control the system to make sure the high precision of particles weighting as host computer and slave computer respectively. The result shows that the method can solve the key technology of the automatic weighting of the small-bore experimental cartridge and offers significance for the automatic weighting of standard particles.

Detecting unit has been designed, and analyzing of the detecting objects, its range, parameters converting method are also described. Based on which the NC control system is developed, and also the method for the calculation control parameter and process of frame are described.

The system is a data acquisition and control system used for multi-channel. It is based on the integration of LabVIEW, PCI data acquisition card and intelligent self-tuning PID. Aiming at the ART’s data acquisition card, the paper introduces on the allocation of LabVIEW and Non-NI data acquisition card. The modular design is adopted to realize real-time acquisition, processing, display, save and error messages for multi-channel signals. Utilizing exported standard signals and real-time signals via data acquisition card, we have controlled furnace temperature by intelligent self-tuning PID and made its range in certain variation change according to standard time temperature curve. And the practical application shows that the system works in the stable condition.

BIT is a new technology about the system test, fault diagnosing and separating. It is more important in the design for the reliability and main tainability of system. The key technique, such as the fault tree and equation, the test location, the test signal picking and generating, the fault distinguish rule, the design of preventing error alarm and BIT software. The result showed that the key technology is useful, and the reliability, maintainability and ability of management to fault can be increased by means of BIT. The debugging of system becomes convenient. The method can be used in the system of intelligent-in-strument and industrial control computer.

This paper discusses the Stingray Pipeline automated measurement and control system installed by Teledyne Geotech early in 1976. The system includes computer control and monitor of two Stingray natural gas compressor stations with a communications interface between the stations and the Stingray gas control center (GCC) located in Houston, Tex. Each station contains turbine/compressor units, with one station located onshore and the other station being an offshore facility. Included is a description of the system, the system functions and capabilities, and interrelationships between the stations and GCC. Advantages and disadvantages of the system are also discussed.

This paper presents a new anti-surge control system hardware structure for Underwater vehicle and Stress analysis. Based on the considered environmental impact of surge in Shallow waters, a space-based six degree of freedom equation of motion simulation model is built for the special movement. A new integrated control system for the underwater vehicle, including a fuzzy PID control part with a state prediction is obtained by solving the surge problems to deal with the poor working condition under the action of the surge in Shallow waters, and its aim at the characteristics of low static error, fast response and control overshoot suppression. Some simulations verify the performance.
