China has already entered into the 3G era and the introduction of 3G mobile communication technology makes the mobile learning becoming an important way of learning. It makes up the limitations of distance education currently exists in the realization of life-long education through changing the form of the network education by Mobile learning resources. This paper is given relevant design and implementation of Mobile learning platform by introducing the widget technology of NOKIA S60 platform combined with needs analysis of modern mobile education.

In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication technology, intelligent mobile terminal tendency is increasingly popular. People are stepping into the era of mobile networks. Information systems created for enterprise or individual gradually rely on mobile networks and mobile devices. Because the mobile network is often interrupted, data synchronization working on the mobile network is very difficult. We put forward a model of the data synchronization in mobile network. JSON and data compression with parallel processing are introduced into the model. Thus, the model has high efficiency. It was applied to a company's Warehouse Management System and solved the problem of data synchronization preferably.

UNSTRUCTURED The 6th World Internet Conference took place in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province from October 19 to 22 in China. As the next generation of mobile communication technology, 5G has the characteristics of enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB), massive machine-type communication (mMTC), and ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC), which are critical technologies for the future development of industrie 4.0. So far, these technologies have been explored and applied in industry, however, there is still a lack of general architectures. This paper presents a 5G and industrial communication convergence architecture and elaborates on the implementation methods from the aspects of device access technology and network configuration strategies, and discusses the transparent transmission and mapping methods adopted by 5G terminal access technology as well.
